They warm up real nice and stays soft. I use it to warm up Indian Naan and home made rotis/chapatis too. I read the reviews before purchasing, so I keep the lid a little open while warming up and it does the job. The only thing is the look. The product comes in a light brown mixed with off white color all round which gives it a used look. I'm sure that's not the case, as the picture clearly shows how it looks. I have no complain on that. If they can make it in darker brown or another color it may have a newer look.

**Q: What size is this**
A: It is about 8" wide 2 " deep.  Will hold medium flour tortillas but not the burrito size.

**Q: I'd like to use this for tortilla sandwich wraps, would this keep them fresh? They stale quickly if package they come in doesn't seal properly.**
A: Cold yes, heated flour tortillas  can be kept warm for 20 minutes aided by a soft cloth napkin

**Q: What kind of plastic is this made out of?  is it bpa free?**
A: It's more like a resin type material.  It's dishwasher and microwave safe.  I love mine!

**Q: where is this product made**
A: I'm not sure where it is made but it is very thin material. Could probably get the same or similar product an a dollar type store.  However I purchased a larger one which was called Nordicware and it was heavier duty and made in the USA.
