good weight and quality of build. speed control works good so far no noise. this model does not comes with remote control ,blue and white looking kind of cool . it slightly over height in minimum could have been short in half feet but does the job with sturdy neck adjustment

Good fan for everyday use. Don’t expect very high speed, but the airflow is good. The noise level is similar to a regular ceiling fan. Build quality is decent, and the design is simple yet looks good. Installation is very easy. Performance is better when used at a closer range. Suitable for both rooms and halls, but it’s best not to place it too far away. Overall, it is worth the price.

I bought this fan five months ago. After some time, I started facing a sparking issue while the fan was running. I contacted customer care, and they initially shared the contact details of a service person from the brand side. When I called him, he said the motor would be replaced within a couple of weeks, but even after that period, I did not receive any replacement or service. Later, the service person informed me that he would be on leave for 10 days and asked me to contact another person. I tried reaching out to the other contact, but he never answered my calls. I also raised a complaint through Amazon, but the service experience was very poor. Amazon only registered the complaint and asked me to contact the brand customer care again. However, the Usha customer care team also did not respond to my calls. Overall, it has been a very disappointing experience with both Usha and Amazon customer service. Even after several follow-ups, my issue is still unresolved. Please do not buy this product if you expect proper after-sales support. Very poor customer service experience.

The sound in knob 1 posn ( first 2 sec of video) absolutely very less noise. In knob pos 2 and 3, noise little bit increases,but being of plastic the whirling sound is very less.. the output spread of air is less... The grill clip could be of little better quality..
