Usually buy cloth/linen like placemats. Due to my clumsiness thought maybe time for something easier to clean. More formal dining table and didn’t want washable mats to look cheap or like what I remembered as a child. Lol. Don’t know what woven PVC vinyl would look like but took a chance. Received them today and have to say they look awesome, not near cheap like I recall and quality is much better than imagined. Have to say the color is very nice and beautiful shade. Replaced jacquard deep purple and thought the rose colored would be a nice change. The came packaged flat and even though the package was folded over when delivered by Amazon they layer flat immediately. They certainly will easy to clean and they appear to be cloth but not. I felt much better and was so pleasantly surprised as I’ve bought items that were an utter disappointment from screws to body products. I receive almost everything via delivery. Thank you Amazon and representative of item for exceptional value and quality. Highly recommend these and again so pleased.

I got the grey placemats and they turned out really nice. They lay flat, don’t slip around, and the heat resistance actually works — warm dishes haven’t left any marks. Cleanup is quick with just a wipe, and the neutral grey looks good with pretty much any table setup. A solid, practical set for daily meals.

I’m really happy with these placemats! The beige white color is exactly what I was looking for — it’s neutral, clean, and goes well with almost any table setting. They lay flat right out of the package and the woven texture adds a nice subtle detail. They do easily slid around. But that’s what you get for getting a material that can easily be rinsed off/cleaned For the price, this set is a great value and looks much more expensive than it is. The placements are durable. They look like cloth, but have a plastic like coating which makes it easy to clean. They do slide on my table and counter top. I do like the way they look.
