I’ve been using this propane refill adapter to top off my small 1lb tanks, and overall, I’m really happy with it. The construction feels heavy-duty and solid, and it’s very straightforward to use. It’s definitely a great money-saver compared to buying new bottles every time. I know some people have reported issues with green bottles not filling properly or leaking, but I haven’t experienced any of that as mine seals tight with zero leakage. The pressure gauge is easy to read, and while it might not be top-tier quality, it gets the job done. For the price, the quality is excellent. Refilling is a breeze, and I highly recommend it if you’re looking to cut costs!

QUAULITY well-made product that functions as advertised. I would defiantly recommend the Flame King refillable cylinder that insures a complete fill safely.

Works as advertised.

Works like a champ. However, when I first got it, I simply tried to fill a small 1lb cannister from my 20lb tank. Did not work. Until I watched some videos on how to do it. I know you have to turn your big tank upside down. Propane is a liquid. Then hook up the small cannister. But that did not fill it. You have to release the pressure first from the small cannister. So I took a small Phillips head, pushed into the small cannister and released air for a good 10 seconds. Then and only then was I able to fill it. You can hear the gas go in. When it stopped, I released more pressure and was able to fill in more propane until it was full.

I love this adapter. The gauge is super helpful and filling a "refillable" propane canister is nice and fast. The safety valve is a really cool feature so you don't have to keep closing the nozzle on the main tank if you're filling up multiple canisters. Super easy to install and doesn't leak when switching out canisters. For this price point, this is a great deal. Definitely recommend this adapter.

Disappointed. This refill adaptor leaks like a sieve. I purchased this adaptor at the end of May, well ahead of some planned camping. I was looking forward to refilling my spent 1-lb propane bottles from a 20-lb tank. Today was the day to refill some empty bottles. I secured the adaptor firmly to the 20-lb tank, attached the first 1-lb bottle, and opened the tank valve. The leaking and hissing were immediate. I closed the valve, took everything off, and repeated the process four more times. I used soapy water to determine the adaptor was leaking. Unfortunately, the return/replace period has expired. While it could be it is just this one adaptor that is faulty, I would caution you to be wary if you are considering buying one.
