These eye drops help with my dry eyes, they don’t burn my eyes (I’ve tried brands that do), and the moisture lasts a long time. It does last a long time (I had my first bottle for almost a year, using it everyday), and the small bottle size fits in any purse and is TSA compliant.

While these drops won't visually improve red eyes, they have turned out to be a lifesaver when it comes to dealing with contact discomfort, itchiness, and dryness. After a long day of work and staring at a computer screen for 10 hours straight, I often find it very difficult to even take my contacts out because my eyes are just that dry. A few Biotrue drops fixes that, and my eyes legitimately do feel more "hydrated."

If you can actually get the drops out and into your eyes, you're in for a wonderful treat. Starting with the pros: (1) they are very moisturizing and feel great as they roll across your eye (2) they keep my contacts wet all day (3) I feel better using a preservative free eye drop vs. other rewetting drops. Now for the cons: really it's just the bottle. It doesn't get air back into it after some uses so it shrinks up and makes it impossible to squeeze despite there being a lot of product left. If the manufacturer could just fix the bottle, these would be a no brainer.

I have really bad dry eyes from my contacts, these drips work great. I put a couple drops in each eye and I’m good for about four or so. It is very uncomfortable when my contacts dry out in my eye and these drops fix that problem immediately. Kind of expensive but what isn’t today.

Turns out I'm allergic/sensitive to the preservatives in other eye drops and the solution my daily contacts are packaged in. My ophthalmologist said this affects about 5% of the population. I kept applying other eye drops and my eyes were getting worse! Until I switched to these Bio True drops, nothing was working. Within just a few hours of using these drops, I knew things were getting better. The bad news is the packaging they come in. Squeeze to hard and the bottle is destroyed, squeeze to lightly and the drops don't come out. Don't plan to use the entire contents, the bottle will be destroyed by then. My 5 star rating is on quality of the drops alone, would be a zero star if I was rating the eye dropper bottle itself. Totally worth putting up with the bottle to get the relief these drops provide.
