How do you update this thing?!
First off I like this thing. It has been super handy in my workflow. But that is not the problem I have with it. It is more on the customer service and technical side. I'm jumpin' through hoops trying to get the firmware update from someone. The site provides only a user manual, (which tells me nothing about how to update the firmware) and Ethernet connection software, (that is in a language I cant read). My workaround works because I use an external capture card, (HD60 S+) for my pc to even see the signal through OBS. The Mac picks it up via USB, but not my pc. For future costumers you should provide the latest firmware with their purchases so they don't go through the hassle that I did.
