Can the bladder be frozen with liquid included without damaging bladder?

I freeze mine all the time. Freeze no more than 1/3 of the bladder size. Make sure you blow the water from the hose into the bladder & let the air out before sealing it. When ready to use the bladder let it sit in room temperature until the seal opens easy. Don't try to open ithe seal right after you take it out of the freezer. You will tear the seal. By freezing the bladder no bacteria should grow inside it.

How do you open the water bladder

Press down on it firmly and rotate it towards the left. This bladder has a great gasket the prevents leaks so its a little rough to open the bladder.

Is it possible to let water out of the bladder like a hose instead of biting on it?

Yes. Remove the bite valve via the QDC fitting and open the ball valve. Squeeze.

What if i need to replace the hose? Or the entire bladder? Do you sell replacements without the pack or would I have to buy somewhere else?

Personally you can find them anywhere. The bladder and hose are good quality so they should they last. I have good luck with bladders with a gel layer to them. Kept water nice and cool.
