Amazing Mic and Sound quality
Great value for money, amazing base, perfect mic, very light on ears. i used to use Samsung Galaxy bud 2 Pro but after using Soundcore A40, i have realised it is much better in terms of call quality, music perhaps the same (but in nearly half the price of samsung buds). 3D sound is not so great though, but overall great music and call experience.

OK for the pricing
There are glitches at times. Does not give maximum sound and have to keep in the holder and take again. And until we use the app, does not show the available charge. Light weight and quick pairing and connectivity. Sound quality average. Noise cancellation is good. Stays properly in ear.

Terrible ANC, even worse out of the box EQ
Sound quality out of the box is mediocre at best. Very bass heavy and the mids and highs are muffled out. Tried their custom automatic EQ using the SoundCore app but even that failed to produce a good sounding EQ. Ended up making a custom EQ which made it sound alright - although not as good as something like my Nothing Buds 3(a) - those were out of the box excellent in their EQ. As for Mic - not too good in outdoor conditions where there's any sort of wind. Indoors its passable but the receiver said it sounds muffled. ANC - great indoors, but that's about it. It's good for loud humming noise like cars, planes, construction, engine noise only. If there's people besides you talking, you're going to still be able to hear them. And that's at the strongest ANC level. Where it really fails is the ANC when its very windy. I've had numerous instances where I would get popping noises at high wind where the ANC mics could not keep up and the experience was awful. Multiple reports online mention the same issue. I tried resetting the buds and disabling the extra wind noise cancellation but it would still occur. Case does not have a satisfying closing sound - bummer, I know! Sadly had to return this item therefore cannot comment on the battery life.

Excellent product
Excellent earbud . Sound is very very loud and clear exactly how I wanted it . Noise cancellation is 10/10. Very happy with this product . I would recommend for who ever is looking for loud earbuds and they do not move or fall at all .

Great fit with questionable sound quality
It's a great product as far as quality, battery life, Side and fit comfort, but the sound quality is not on par with similarly price earbuds. Lows and midst are clear, bass is moderate even with fully bumped up equalizer settings and the most thing that hurts these earbuds are sounds stage. It sounds like the a20i and r50i which are around 70dhs with a little bet better instruments separation. For this price you can get the liberty 4NC which has better ANC, way better bass, great sound stagging and overall fuller sound. The only advantage I see for the space a40 over liberty 4nc is that it's smaller, more comfortable to wear, harder to fall of my ears unlike other stem design earbuds and stealthy (doesn't protrude out of my ears).

So good it got stolen
It sounds so good that it got stolen from me and had to order another one.. Crisp and clear sound and amazing noise cancellation with multiple mikes. And the device is multipoint meaning multiple devices can connect to it!

Great value for money
I lost my AirPods and wanted to buy a replacement without spending too much. Read glowing reviews online and went ahead and bought on Amazon.SG. Delivery was very quick, setting up was easy and works as promised. Noise cancellation is reasonably good too.

Fit great under a motorcycle helmet, and they sound decent
These are pretty good little earbuds! I was initially skeptical after coming from airpod pro gen 1's, but I was absolutely not going to pay that price again. I primarily use bluetooth earbuds when I'm commuting on my motorcycle, and I know it's a weird use case, but these work fantastic. They don't shift around much when you put the helmet on thanks to their small form-factor, and they sound pretty good. Noise cancelling underneath a helmet is genuinely unusable though - the wind noise freaks out the mics and it's no good. Thankfully, in the Soundcore app, you can turn off the shortcut gestures that let you change the listening mode, pause, play, etc. and just use them like regular earbuds. Sound quality isn't amazing, but once you get it tuned in for your personal preferences and type of music, it's really not bad. One of the most impressive things about these is the battery life - I use them pretty often and it seems like I barely have to charge them. We'll see how long that lasts. Overall, these are nice earbuds! Yes, I use them in a weird scenario that a vast majority of people don't use them for, but if you happen to need a pair for your helmet, these are a great pick.

Great sound and noise cancellation. Believe the hype, these are excellent earbuds.
Edit #3: I know it may look like I can't make up my mind abou these earbuds, but a recent warranty experience has changed my mind. A few months ago one of the earbuds stopped working. So I contacted Anker and they immediately sent a replacement pair. The replacement pair is so much more comfortable than the original set I received. That little rough edge on the seam of the buds is not there anymore. So either Anker improved the finishing work, or my original pair was a QC anomoly. Now I can wear these buds as long as I want, even sleep with them in, and there is no chaffing of my ear! Edit #2: OK, after 6 months of use I am downgrading my rating to only 2 stars. I know Anker takes reviews seriously, so hopefully this critique reaches their attention because with one small design change these could be really excellent earbuds. The situation with the ridge or seam on the buds has not improved with use. I was hoping that either the sharp ridge would wear down or my ears would get used to it. Unfortunately neither has happened. My ears are constantly sore from chafing from the earbuds. For such small earbuds it's really surprising they are so uncomfortable to wear. I find myself going back to my older Tranya ear buds that despite being much bigger, don't sound as good, and don't have ANC, just because I need a break from the Space A40 to let me ears heal a bit. Anker/Soundcore, please just make the exterior of these buds smooth without such a pronouced edge where the plastic is joined. If you could improve that physical design these earbuds would be a winner. EDIT: After using these daily for 3 months I am deducting a star because of lack of comfort. Despite being extremely small buds, for some reason their is a sharp plastic edge on these buds that rubs my ear. It's actually bit painful. It took a while for my ear to get used to that, but I recently changed the size of the rubber ear nub and now I am dealing with chaffing in my ear all over again. They do sound great but they are not nearly as comfortable as other wireless earbuds I've owned. Original review: I wasn’t sure these earbuds could live up to the hype, but I am impressed. The ANC is actually really good. As good as my Sony headphones? No. But close? Yes! I also like how small and light these earbuds are. Very comfortable to wear for long periods. I like to fall asleep listening to something and these buds are perfect for a side sleeper. However, the case and the buds are so light and slick that you need to be careful handling them. I wouldn’t recommend handling these buds anywhere a drop would be catastrophic. Maybe when the sheen wears off the grip will improve? Sound quality is good. Not mind blowing, but good for general listening. It would be nice if they got a touch louder, not so much for volume but so I didn’t have to drive them at near 100%. Lower volume is better for sound performance and battery life with any earbuds or headphones.
