Well designed, easy construction practical storage at a decent price
The shed arrived well packaged with detailed instructions for construction. Although it recommends a two person build I was easily able to construct it on my own. It is well designed and is easy to put together. The only tool I needed was a cross head screwdriver and in fact apart from fitting the lid hinges (where the space to get to the screw heads is limited) I was able to use my electric screwdriver. All the screw holes are clearly marked and with the good quality screws provided everything went together easily. I took my time building it over a two hour session but I think it could easily be constructed in half that time! Once constructed it feels solid and looks to be fully waterproof although only a heavy downpour will prove this. I would certainly recommend this to people looking for garden storage solutions in limited space. I will now also consider other garden buildings in this range now I know the quality of the products.

Tricky to construct but worth the effort.
This is a two man job to construct. Not because it is difficult, but because parts need holding up whilst others are slotted into place. Also, because some parts of the plastic are hard and some are soft, screwing in some of the screws is easier than others. It is important to have the finished product on a flat surface for the top to close and hold the doors together. As I was working on a non-flat surface, I placed wedges under the corners to even things out. When this was done, pulling down the top made it slot beautifully over the door catches. The product is pretty big and holds lots of stuff, but it is a shame it has no shelving, although this can be added at a later time as there are ledges inside the container. Overall, this is a good looking product and pretty sturdy. Being plastic means it is easy to clean and it also seems to keep out the rain.

Good size garden storage
The item arrived in a box with some polystyrene either side. Unfortunately, this did not prevent a couple of minor bits of damage in transit - the metal bar was slightly kinked/bent, which I had to try to straighten out, plus some of the thinner plastic moulding on the underside of the lid had snapped off. All of the required items were present - no spare screws though. It would also be good if the unit came with a suitable padlock (which it does not), as I now have to look online for one that’s wide enough to cope. At a push you could probably just about manage to put it together yourself, but it was much easier with two people, and the instructions does suggest 2 persons for one bit of the construction. It took about 20 mins all in, once we had all the bits unboxed. It was quite straightforward - the instructions were good enough. The screws are robust and you’ll definitely need a drill to screw in the fixings through the plastic. Most of it went together easily - the metal bar was fractionally longer than it should have been, but it has not impacted the rest of the construction. The unit has really good space for storage - the sides do have some protrusions so I will likely put in a shelf to make best use of the space. The lid is good, with solid hinges, and is easy to lift and close. Overall, it’s a good item, and I ordered it when there was a discount, so for me it was good value. It just about gets 4 stars with the couple of flaws mentioned, as it meets my general expectations.

Excellent ,easy assembly garden store
Very pleased with this garden store that replaced a rotten 6’x4’ shed. Assembly took us a couple of hours, the sides clip into the base. The back was tricky as needed 2 people, one to hold the side onto the back, the other to screw into place. Then roof and doors were easy. It’s not particularly heavy, the strength comes from fixing it together. It’s been fully waterproof and it holds everything we need it too. It’s maintenance free and I was concerned the roof might be noisy in rain, but it’s genuinely not. It’s secured using an Abus padlock (also from Amazon); you need one with a fairly long shackle. Negative - I wish there were some fixing points inside for hanging things. I’ll look at options. You can add a shelf and the instructions tell you the size. I already had a freestanding shelf unit,so just used that. In conclusion- really, really pleased with this store. The ‘beige’ colour is far better in reality , it blends in nicely. Fantastic purchase.

First impressions
Keter have a problem; they create several versions of the same item - presumably using different standards of materials - and give them various names. To make sense of this during my pre-purchase research I took to creating a list of them and their dimensions. Thus, I settled on this model (Store it out Pro) as the one that most closely matched my needs of space, quality, and price. As with all items of this ilk individual components tend to feel a little lightweight to be strong and secure, but once combined using the relatively clear visual instruction guide they become much more stout. Using the aforementioned instruction sheet, I took my time and completed the construction in a little over 20 minutes. This included having to dismantle and re-hang the first of the doors as I realised that I had hung it upside-down. This task was a little easier said than done, but indicated to me that any would-be garden implement thief would give it up as a bad job should they try to get in by removing the doors! The result of my labours is a smart, clean looking space, that offers plenty of weatherproof storage for the bits and pieces we use in the garden, that I have secured with a quality padlock through the solid loop included with the box. Whilst the lock is an additional purchase, Keter do include the fixings to connect the lid to the lids of wheelie bins to create an automatic bin-lid-opener type thing. I don’t keep my bins in ours, so I have been able to make use of the purpose built-in shelf supports at either side of the box that enable a suitably cut piece of timber to be added to the rear wall of it. This shelf makes good use of the huge space within. Fair warning: the shelf is not included and does not run from front to back, but the clearly indicated supports allow for a shelf that is up to half the depth of it. Ideally the box should be kept on a level or almost level surface - too much variation will cause the finished product to twist and distort, and may cause the doors and latching and locking provisions to be misaligned. So, to sum up: Is the box fit for purpose? Yes Is it usable space? Yes Was it difficult to build from flat-pack? No Is it easy to move both within packaging and once built? For two people, yes; for one person, no. Was it easy to put together by one person? Yes Can it be secured to the ground for storm-proof wind protection? Yes Is it smart looking? Yes Does it look cheap? No Do I believe it to be secure? Yes, although a well-equipped, determined thief will make their way in but that can be said for most materials. Am I pleased with the purchase? Yes Would I buy more from Keter? Yes Would I buy another of these? Yes Do I recommend it? Yes Does it offer value for money? Yes

Replacement for my 12 Y.O. one that’s survived several NE gales.
My old style Max finally succumbed to rough handling with a broken door hinge after 12 years of use as my lawnmower store, so ordered the new style version. Came with zero transit damage and went together easily with just myself (60 Y. O. Male) very quickly and easily. The lid hinges were far easier to fit on this version. Hopefully it’ll last as well as the old one, through many NE of Scotland gales, snow storms and heavy downpours. Superb little stores.

Good Value Sturdy storage.
Really good sturdy shed once assembled. I was a bit apprehensive when lifting the various components because they were quite light but once it was finished it’s very sturdy. Has ample room for all my pots/seed trays and gardening implements. Took a little less than 2 hours to put together, the parts are clearly labelled. It’s bolted down on a concrete base so it won’t blow away if it’s windy. Needed two people for sure to put the top on, my arms were just long enough to hold it 😂. Plenty of screws with it.Was delivered a couple of days early as well. The metal piece that came with it was slightly bent but we straightened it.

Decent but not £170 quality
Right where to start? We were looking for somehting quick to setup in a corner in the garden where we could put some gardening tools. This seemed to fit the description of what we wanted in terms of size and ease of assembly. Everything was looking good. Received the item, unpacked it and began following the instructions, which are indeed well drawn. The issue I have is at one point you needed to be on your knees tightening screws from inside. First of, the screw placements dont have holes. You literally have to just cut through the plastic and almost guess if you have the pieces tight together or slightly more loose. Then from the weight on being on my knees part of the plastic gave through (rectified by stuffing foam filler underneath it) Finally, the finished product. It is large and serves its purpose for storing garden tools. HOWEVER: It is flimsy. it shakes easily, the top cover when brought down does not always align with the locks (you have to squeeze it or push one side towards the other) I would say for something most likely 3d printed en masse in some factory for a total cost of around £20, the markup is insane. Props to Keter for making a lot of money from these but just be warned.
