To clarify on my Title, while I have no issue comparing these ear buds to the Apples and Bose earbuds that are out there, this is definitely more for work, with calls and teleconferencing becoming so much easier since using Poly Voyager. When I unboxed the earbuds, the setup and connection to my phone was pretty seamless with some errors that occurred in the app, but the ear buds connected seamlessly. The touch case is a cool feature. At first I was worried it would be a little gimmicky, but its actually pretty simplified and seamless to use. The app is also pretty straightforward without too much going on that it makes it confusing. It was a little challenging to find the settings portion where stuff actually can be changed and getting directions on how to use the ear buds for controls, as well as what the various ANC and transparency settings mean. A number of the things that I like: the noise cancelling is good quality and does a great job covering people's voice or other background now. The mics also do a good job picking up your voice for calls with High fidelity. The sound quality is amazing on these. Voices come across extremely clearly during calls and music sounds great with clear high notes and good bass. On other high quality ear buds, it seems like clarity or bass need to be sacrificed, but not with these. One of my other favorite things is the seamless transition from calls on the computer to phone with no work from me. The range is also phenomenal from the computer with the USB-C dongle provided in the case. The only downsides to this earbud. These aren't truly all purpose as there is no waterproof rating and honestly these aren't sturdy enough to stay in the ear during exercise. I have to regularly adjust them if i am walking with them in. To update the case you have to be connected to the computer which feels clunky instead of being able to download updates from the phone. Overall these are great earbuds for work and I look forward to continue using them as its made work meetings so much easier to take.

I am so utterly disappointed at how crappy the Free 60 is. The mic noise cancellation is horrendous. The Poly Legend and 5200 are way better. Even the mic in the original 3.5mm Apple headset sounds better (and it has no noise cancellation). I've tested in windy scenarios, cars in the background, even driving at 25-mph in a totally quiet car, and the mic picks up all the background noise. Insert any other notice cancellation mic from Poly/Jabra/BlueParrot and they are 10x better for noise cancellation. The sound quality is decent. However, whether connected via Bluetooth or via the USB to PC, I get annoying sound disconnect/reconnects. Some say the audio is okay for in a quiet office using the USB adapter, but my experience is that the mic quality is still muddy and not smooth (has digital choppiness) even when I'm sitting 2 feet from the USB adapter. All my other Poly/Jabra/Bose/Sony/BlueParrott headsets sound better. And if I'm only going to be indoors, there are a bunch of other headset options to choose from. I was hoping for buds that look normal when walking around (because people in restaurants and hotels look at you oddly when you're walking around with a BlueParrot 550 or even a Poly Voyager 104 (still my favorite if you don't mind the Britney Spears look). Also, the Free 60+ keeps having problems pairing with my iPhone. I think whenever I connect to USB on PC, put the buds back in the case, remove the USB (so it's not interfering with pairing), the buds somehow can't seem to auto-pair with my iPhone. I have to remove the Bluetooth setting and initiate pairing from the on-screen case each time. Case and bud firmware are all up2date with Poly Lens (the first thing I did). I wouldn't have purchased these for even half the price. This is coming from a Poly fan.

There's a lot to like with the Free 60, but the issues and call quality don't really match the price point and overshadow the good. I purchased these as soon as they were available to replace my lost 5200. For me, sound is great on a set of buds but I need call quality to be even better. I know there will probably never be zero noise reduction while taking a call outside or in a coffee shop (the 5200 was very close), but these earbuds don't even come close to noise reduction. Any gust of wind or car passing in a distance can be heard clearly. Call/mic quality is simply lacking. Popping sound when closing car door. Sounds of clicking from the adaptive ANC when on a call (stopped when turning off ANC or changing to Standard). Also had to constantly reposition the buds to be heard better. This wasn't just a one time thing either. Almost every call I had to do some type of shifting, repositioning, or removing. But there's a lot good here too. Premium quality, good sound, good ANC, friendly app, and excellent case with great features! I've had several Poly headsets so I know the brand is synonyms with quality so I didn't mind the high price point. Maybe these issues will eventually get fixed or improved with updates. But, for now, I'll have to pass and get these returned for something with better call quality.

I work at home and also have a small child, so I have a single earbud in most of the time for everything that I do. As such, comfort is of utmost importance. First thing I did was to change out the rubber tip to the largest size for a cushier fit. It's not a bulky thing, as most of the weight is on the outer stem that houses the mics and touch controls, so wearing for hours on end does not cause strain. The touch controls on the earbud stem are a bit clunky, it takes a LOT of practice to get the touch pressure and movements correct. For this reason, keep your quick-start pamphlet handy for the first week or so, as it has all the exact directions. Since the stem is touchy, but also how you position the earbud in your ear, I usually end up messing with the controls a bit while putting it in my ear comfortably. I haven't figured out yet how to avoid this. I've never had a case that had touch controls, and while it's pretty cool, most of the added features are redundant. The one thing that I really like about this feature is that you can see exactly how much battery is left on each bud and how much charge is left on the case. Probably my favorite new feature overall. Speaking of charge, these earbuds have a pretty good battery life. I pretty much have either a call, a podcast or music going all day long, and I don't get a "battery low" alert for at least 8 hours. And even then, I still have another hour or so before it needs recharged. They charge fast- only an hour-ish until is fully charged again. The charging case itself last a long time as well, and I don't have to plug it in for at least 2 days. Calls. These are another monster, and probably solely the reason I knocked off a star in the rating. Indoors in a quiet room, there are no problems at all. But add in any background noise at all (tv, dishes, etc) and they are amplified greatly by the sensitive mics. While you probably won't hear anything weird, the person on the other end reports cacophony from the smallest sounds. Outdoors is the same. I'm not sure why they say that wind noise is reduced, but I didn't experience that. Noise cancellation. These feature an adaptive noise cancellation setting. This dampens loud noises as they happen and then quickly revert to a regular transparency mode to hear talking and softer frequencies. This manifests in strange ways until you get used to it. So for instance, you'll hear a strange crackling as you close a car door, as the earbud senses it as a loud noise and dampens it quickly. The same goes for shouting and loud machinery. Even with no music or call going in your ear, it will dampen loud noises. Clarity. I haven't experienced any problems with being able to hear anything on calls. No feedback, no fuzziness, etc. I do notice that minor changes in the direction that the earbud is pointed inside the ear has a huge effect on the volume and clarity of the sound. When I feel like the volume is very low, I find adjusting the position of the bud usually fixes the problem. Find my earbuds. Great feature that should be standard for all earbuds. Dropping and misplacing an earbud is human nature, and I've used this feature many times over several weeks. You can also find your case remotely (as long as it's charged). Couldn't live without this. Altogether, I'm very pleased with the overall performance of these earbuds. Works well and expecting them to last a very long time.

I personally find these ear buds very clear. Other people on the other side of the call fund the microphone quality very clear. I like being able to quickly and easily change between my phone and computer. The case has a builtnin detachable Wired or bluetooth dongle which works well although I haven't needed it. It has a ton of options that make it very easy to control straight from the case. I really like that the case can control muting and the volume. I find the battery life lasts far longer than I need, I'm usually around something to charge them. It's nice that the case stores energy as well. These do have a nice price tag to them but I find it worth it. I think it does a great job with noise canceling. I'm on the phone a lot and have contravention often so this is a very important feature to me. Overall I'm happy with these earbuds. They fit well and even when I'm jogging I don't worry about them falling out.

After using these for one year, only positive thing I can say is they have pretty good sound. But these are supposed to be for work and turns out they will only work on ideal conditions. When in my office, 20% of the times something is wrong and the other side can't hear me. When there's ambient noise such as outdoors or driving or anything else, the other side can't hear me at all or really bad. That was the whole point about these so they failed miserably. My old over the ear Bose QC35 perform far much better and the other side hear me loud and clear all the time. The Poly people should feel embarrassed. I don't trust poly anymore

I like the look and feel of these earbuds. They Fit well in the ear and does not cause discomfort even during long hours of usage. Active noise cancellation is pretty high. You can't hear any external noise as soon as you put on your earbuds. That can be tricky if you want to be able to hear external environment sounds. use the case touchscreen to change the ANC transparency setting to Environment. Teams/Zoom Calls using the earbuds are crystal clear and the mic is awesome. The carry case touch functionality is very useful to start with. Instead of looking for the controls in the buds, changing setting visually is a very cool feature and well thought of. Using the earbuds for workouts and commute is also amazing, the mid's and high's are very clear with no distortions. It gets loud enough even with 50% volume. USB C and wireless charging the case is an added advantage and convenient feature. No need to search for old cables and proprietary connectors. Battery life of the earbuds are long lasting when compared to other high end competitors. Would definitely recommend this earbud for both work and personal use as well.

Bought these to replace my headset that worked flawlessly for years. But MS being MS, borked it really good with the Teams upgrade. Had to find something that was "Teams Compatible". Bought these since I have some familiarity with Poly and a lot of research on this particular model. If you go to the Poly site, you can see the base has a Teams icon on the base. Guess that is to identify this "teams compatible" junk. These do not have that icon. So either I got the shaft... again... or Poly screwed up. Super not impressed at all with sound quality. Every single call through teams and on phone, users tell me "Can't hear you" or "Sounds like you are in a tunnel" or "Huh?". Touch controls almost never work. Have to "swipe" several times to get mute on and off. That said, swipe will only allow you 1 function... either Mute or Volume. You almost need to carry the base around with you all the time for additional controls. Whats the purpose of wireless headsets if you don't get up and move away from your computer? Call answer is very sloppy and almost never works. I end up picking up the call from my phone or from teams. Recently, they started in on something absolutely annoying and why I ended up posting my review. They power cycle during a call. I'll be on a call, all goes quiet, then I hear "Power On... Battery Full.... Answering Call".... this has started happening now on every call. I'd give you my set if I could since I'm about to beat them with a hammer. Battery life is getting really bad now also. It started with about 2hrs run time on the battery. Seems to have degraded to about an hour or so in the short time I've owned them. At least with my Plantronics, I can have spare batteries standing by to swap out. With these, you are SoL when they die. The buds themselves are just gross... I swab my ears every day before I start working since they pick up and transfer ear goo that slimes the recharge case. I wipe the buds down with alchy pads before putting them back in. The edges of the buds are shaped in a way that scoops up what ever you have missed and deposits grime directly on the speaker. Just think Poly really missed the mark on these. Yeah, they may be fine for music and crap, but when you use them every single day for work, there are probably much better buds out there.

Not really had any high-end earbuds, last set I had was about £100, didn't have noise canceling, sounded ok and only connected to one device. Along come the Poly Voyager 60+ and my whole listening experience has changed! Comes in a box that is not overly fancy but more functional with the star of the show in it and also some very good instructions and everything you need. Was fully charged out of the box and paired with my personal mobile phone with very little problem, I then downloaded the Poly lens app to my phone and connected the Poly Voyager to that, immediately it asked to update the earbuds and charger unit, wasn't a quick process, took about ten mins but it did it on the first attempt and without any drama. never had noise canceling on any of my earbuds so really cant comment on any other products or how it compares but can say it did what i was expecting it to do. i then paired this to my work phone and laptop and could easily select what device i wanted to use through the touch screen on the charger unit, i had no problem with this and it went to each device i selected flawlessly. I used the dongle in the charging case with the supplied USB c to USB adapter that is in the box on my aging PC that has no Bluetooth on it and again, using the touch screen it switched to that with no problem at all. now the party piece. using the supplied 3.5 jack to USB c connecter that was supplied in the box, i connected my tv to the charging unit selected BT transmitter and i had my TV connected to the earbuds, no messing around with trying to get a Bluetooth module for the TV and then trying to pair it, just plug and play, amazing. Had these on for a couple of hours and really didn't even notice they were there, very comfortable and lightweight. How do they sound i hear you say, i was blown away! I listened to everything from old school hardcore to soft rock and the balance in sound is amazing, really low bass, decent mids and crisp trebles, i have never had anything sound this good, again i was absolutely blown away. tried them whilst on a voice and video call and again was very clear and the noise canceling was a great feature as i was in a busy office at the time, when asking my colleagues who i was talking to at the time how my voice sounded as i was using the earbuds, they all said it was crystal clear and honestly didn't think i was in the office as normally the background noise was a lot louder! I absolutely love these earbuds, they perform well, are comfortable and switch between multiple devices including the in built Bluetooth transmitter flawlessly. Would i buy these if i lost them or broke them, hell yeah, in a heartbeat ;-)

O cancelamento de ruído no microfone não funciona. Boa qualidade de construção e pode ser interessante a funcionalidade de streaming pela box para alguns casos. Não serve para estar num coffee shop e falar. Passa todo o ruído das redondezas. Pelo preço há melhores opções.

I bought these headphones for my work. We use MS Teams and I need to switch from the laptop to my phone and back sometimes. Reading reviews I had doubts since the price is pretty high, but happy to report that the product exceeded all my expectations. These headphones are excellent, audio quality is on the same level as Bose QC Earbuds and ANC is even better. The rest: connections, easy of use etc are very good as always for Poly products. First time headphones were used sound was awful, but after upgrades installed on the headphones and the case, everything became fine. This is only one hiccup discovered. Saw some complains that it's not comfortable to wear the earbuds for a long time, not in my case, it feels fine for a whole day.
