Great taste. I like spicy/hot salsas, even though this says medium it has plenty of Heat

Some of the best prepared jar salsa I’ve ever had! Even better than Frontera Grill brand and other premium-style expensive salsas. Doesn’t have that bland, watery “canned tomato and green pepper” flavor like so many other name brand jar salsas. The garlic and arbol peppers give a rich, flavorful authentic texture and interesting flavor profile and a it’s great deal for the price. Looking forward to trying the smoky chipotle and salsa verde varieties soon!

It's not bad, but there's a flavor I'm not recognizing. From the ingredients the only thing that it might be is the vinegar or cumin.... but I know what those things taste like so I'm still not sure. Maybe the rat's tail (Árbol) chile? You get this funky taste as soon as you put it in your mouth, then it kind of goes a little spicy and then the jalapeño sneaks up on you like it does on the back end. Definitely doesn't taste like that basic red sauce you get at most Mexican food joints. I will give it an OG Lisa Simpson..."...Mehhhhh".

Cholula Salsa. We really like this product but had to ask for refund. The jar was not sealed when it arrived.

This salsa tastes fine, though a bit watery. But, that reason I gave it a one star review is that it had leaked all over the package when I received it. The bottle cover was not sealed. I guess I'm brave (or foolish) but I took a chance and ate it anyway. But, I can see no reason why the cover was not sealed. I'm reluctant to buy it again because of that issue.

This is not a good salsa for chip-dipping, but is excellent for a putting in or on tacos, burritos, etc. Consistency: It's not thick at all and is hotter than expected. Still really good and I'll get it again.
