Fantastic lock and service, I bought this lock through their agency directly. Super easy installation and extremely easy to use the app to do everything unlike other locks that need to be setup on the lock itself which is not Native to use. Looks extremely sturdy and robust.

I recently purchased this smart lock and am genuinely impressed with the product itself. The build quality is solid, the locking mechanism is smooth, and the mobile app integration makes access control incredibly convenient. Features like remote locking/unlocking, temporary access codes, and real-time alerts work flawlessly — it’s a great upgrade for any modern home. However, I was disappointed with the installation service. Despite multiple follow-ups, the installation was significantly delayed, and communication from customer care was not as responsive or helpful as expected. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration, especially considering the high expectations that come with a premium product. However, when the technician finally arrived, was professional, knowledgeable, and completed the installation efficiently. They even took the time to walk me through how everything works and made sure I was comfortable using the lock before leaving. In short: Excellent product, goodtechnician — but the company really needs to improve its customer service and installation scheduling process. With some improvements on that front, this would be a 5-star experience.

Lock was delivered on time. Registered installation with Atomberg and they promptly sent the person to fix the lock. KS Chary did a great job at fixing the lock, explaining the app and various ways to unlock and lock. Good demo. Also cleaned up very well after installation. Thank you Chary.

Very nice look and proper functionality & features. Liked it! But need to improve app UI & expect atleast 3 years warranty of the product.
