Ladurée Macarons: The Recipes

Beauriful book and good recipes, exactly what you need

This is one of the most beautiful books I’ve ever seen! It’s fun to look through, but I really should try those recipes someday.

Love it! You can find a list and beautiful pictures of (probably) all the macarons Laduree has ever made. There are a few shells recipes and the most popular macarons also have the filling recipe. Sadly not all of the macarons listed come with a recipe, but a fair amount do. The book has a hard, yet somewhat fluffy cover, and it comes in a beautiful box. Perfect gift for someone who loves to bake.

Very beautiful book. However, some of my fav flavours are only mentioned but there is no recipe! Guess the book would have to be huge to give a recipe for everything though. I did like the poster that came with the book, really nice for the kitchen decor. Also, the book is bound really nice with a pink 'gold leaf.' I would have also appreciated some tips on food colouring as I have a challenge with brands and types of fc fading in fan oven etc. All in all, a great attempt, but not really for mastering macarons - more for the beauty of the little divas.

Beautiful book and purchased on sale. Amazing value, beautiful box- a wonderful gift

This edition is written in English, and is the boxed version, similar to the others they produced on patisserie etc. This is supposed to be the first time they've included all of the recipes together in one place, rather than the scant few pages in the other books. Whilst it does list every combination they've produced, and the specials, they are still some anomalies. My favourite macaron is the salted caramel, and so far I've been unable to track down the exact recipe... The book tells you which colour shell, and which filling, but doesn't always provide you with the recipe for the filling. Had every recipe been here, I would have given it 5 stars on my ranking, as a definitive book. As it is, it's a very useful addition to my macaron collection (and yes, I realise how mad that sounds).

If the intention is to replicate the Ladurée macarons at home. This book is a waste of money. The recipes are very short and not well written. It's to give a general idea not to really provide instructions.

既にパステルグリーンのマカロン本を持っていますが、 こちらのピンクの表紙のマカロン本は違うものと期待して買ったところ・・・ 届いたのはパステルグリーンの本！！！ しかも中身も全く一緒。 同じ本が２冊になっちゃったじゃん（＞＜） 今後、私のような被害者を出さないために写真を差し替えるべきです。 本自体は新品でした。 出品者さま、よろしくお願いします。

É muito fofo! Comprei para completar minha coleção da Ladurée. Ainda bem que veio só com uma pontinha amassada. A Amazon precisa embalar melhor nossos livros!

This book is more than a cookbook. The beautiful pages and even the box it comes in could sit sit on a coffee table. Ladurè does make the most perfect macaroons so I wanted this book to enjoy. I even sent one to my sister as a little surprise.
