Foxology Nail Polish Top Coat

This is the best top coat I've used over years of doing my own nails. It's glossy, the brush is the perfect shape, and it dries very fast. I haven't had any issues with it self leveling and I've tried over several polish (creams, glitters, and holos). I love the bottle and I will be buying more when it's back in stock.

I’ve tried two even coats.. they lifted with two hours.. and chipped away. Not sure if that’s how everyone been doing it.. should I just done one coat or should I have done three? I wasn’t impressed.

While I love Foxology colors, this polish caused my nails to peel. I never had that happen before. Maybe an allergic reaction? Not sure, but once I ceased use the nails returned to normal after a couple of months.

I had not heard of Foxology top coat nail polish before. But I do use a top coat after my nails are done. It seems to add the usual gloss and shine and helps protect the color some. I like using polish and top coats that are vegan, cruelty free, and that also adds ingredients for heathy nails. This fits all the things I am looking for. Now I need to also find some color nail polish to use with this as well.

I'm typically pretty low maintenance with my nails because I use my hands a lot cleaning and doing chores. I tried using this top coat as just a clear coat on my fingers. It dries quickly and helps add a bit of strength to natural nails without the harmful ingredients in regular polish. I have really pronounced ridges on my nails and you can still see the uneven texture with 2 coats, but that's no fault of the polish. Unfortunately, on my hands it doesn't last long at all. I have peeling on the tips of my nails after just a few hours of going about my business. I have used it as a topcoat with regular salon polish on my toes and it seems to work OK. Maybe it needs a polish layer to adhere to? I'm still giving it 3 stars for the clean formula and the fact that it works as a topcoat, just not an only coat.

I first used the Arctic Fox base coat. I waited two minutes for that to dry. I followed that with a sheer color polish. That, too, dried very fast. And, then I followed that with this Arctic Fox top coat. Though it has a slightly pink hue in the bottle, it applies entirely clear. And, it just gives your color great protection as well as an extra pop of gloss. I was honestly surprised at how fast this dired ... especially as I went onto my third layer! What a great product that is "greener" and cleaner than any of my other nail polishes! Love! A great top coat! Highly recommended!

This top coat dries crazy fast. By time I was done putting a coat on my second hand, my first hand was dry. That was awesome. And the top has a great shine to it. However, I took a shower 2 hours after putting the top coat on and it started flaking off. So unfortunate.
