Jbweld JB27106 Perma-Lock Tube High Strength Thread Locker,Red, 6 ml

Used this to hold a bolt that kept backing out when using the 'blue' thread lock. So far so good.....Nothing I did before held that bolt in (bike crank) but this stuff has. Hopefully/luckily I shouldn't have to remove it anytime soon!

Great product to hold screws into metal and stop them coming loose, used in a aluminium door lock and this instantly stopped screws coming loose when other products didn't work, this works perfectly

It's very good threadlocker for making sure something doesn't come undone like it would if you used purple or blue threadlocker. Very affordable and nicely sized - give the tube a little squeeze and shake to mix up the contents and apply a drop/line on your fastener and give it 24 hours to cure throughout and it's solid! I needed to secure a bolt and flanged nut that holds my keys in a key tidy and blue strength threadlocker was failing me causing the nut to come undone within a week, i've had this red threadlocker applied to the cleaned threads of the bolt and nut for a few months now and i'm very happy it's not coming undone. JB weld make some fantastic products, highly recommended!

Used this on a Universal Coupling, the bolts always seemed to come loose after running my propeller for a while. No other threadlocker seemed to do the trick, but this is absolutely perfect! Put this on a couple of months ago and after running for almost every day, for the last two months, the bolts are exactly in the same place I found them. Couldn't ask for more! Be forewarned though, any heavy duty threadlocker is going to be heavy duty to get the bolt out again!

The actual thread lock is good but the top of the tube fell apart and it leaked everywhere

Huh, well I bought this for my shower hose-to-head attachment but I guess I shouldn't use it now, and I only read this message on the tube after I opened the package so I can't even return it! Not to mention its a JB Weld product that doesn't tell you the Cure Time.
