Lordear Undermount White Kitchen Sink 32 Inch Fireclay Single Bowl 32x19x10 Inch Ceramic Porcelain Deep Sink

Loved the sink at first. Fit great, looked great, good size. UNTIL a crack appeared about a month later. Reached out 3 times email. No response til the third email on DECEMBER 26th. Have heard nothing since then. The email assured me they’d look into it and get back with me. Sent another email ( because the phone number I called that I was given a male voice just said hello in a very short tone. If that’s a business phone I don’t believe that’s how it should be answered. Where’s the company name in the opening statement, which there wasn’t one) that’s the only way to “ reach “ them to have them CALL ME. Still nothing. The insurance policy I bought to go with isn’t much help either. They want me to pack up the sink and send it back for a refund. SERIOUSLY?! It’s not that simple. And what am I supposed to do in the meantime with a HUGE VOID in my counter where the sink is supposed to be. Just can’t understand how companies what you to buy there products, but when there’s a problem or issue all you get is NOTHING I do not recommend this sink or company. VERY BAD customer service
