Used to extend life of a 22" Weber from 15 years ago!
I like my Weber 22" Original Kettle Charcoal Grill from 15 years ago and wanted to extends its life. The wheels had come off and the one touch cleaner had rusted up but the bowl and lid were in great shape. Decided to buy this cart so I can get rid of the wheels and flimsy tripod wheel struts and as a bonus I would get extra work surface for meal prep, a trash can, a paper towel holder, bottle opener and storage for charcoal as a bonus! The box arrived in great shape and was light enough to lift for one person. Took about an hour for one person to put together - you will need a philipps screwdriver and an adjustable wrench to tighten the wheel nuts. One hurdle I ran into was trying to figure out where the cotter pins for the large wheel axis go - inside the strut or outside. I just put them on the wheel axis inwards of the struts and it works well. The paper towel holder is useless as you cant fit standard US paper towel rolls on it as they are too large a diameter. You can use a half roll perhaps. Also the paper towel attachment was welded too far near the table leg so its difficult to even slide on a paper towel. Definitely a mistake as the illustration shows the paper towel holder much further back from the leg. Maybe simpler to just buy a normal paper towel holder and screw it in to the side panel. Also don't forget to install the brace for the small wheels (Part #8). I did and had to loosen up the legs to install it after all the assembly was complete. Overall the assembly was easy as *every* part is labeled on its protective plastic cover - so don't take off the plastic on each part until you need to use that specific part. I am going to buy the ash catcher next (Part Weber 65143) and install that and my 15 year old 22" weber grill will have the functionality and look of a current model weber performer grill for a fraction of the cost!

Nice addition to my Weber
I've been using this grill table for my Weber 22" Original Kettle for about six months now, and I have to say, it's been a solid addition to my outdoor cooking setup. The table is well-made overall, and it's brought new life to my 5-year-old Weber grill that I snagged on a deep end-of-season discount back in the day. One of the first things I noticed is how it adds stability to my grill. The extra weight and wider footprint make it feel much more secure, especially on windy days. The work surface is a game-changer for prep work and having a place to set down utensils and plates. However, I will say that the top does scratch fairly easily, so you might want to use a cutting board if you're doing any knife work. The added versatility is nice. Having a dedicated space for my grilling tools and a spot to set down a cold drink makes the whole grilling experience more enjoyable. That said, I don't find myself using the side basket or paper towel holder much - they're there if you need them, but for me, they're not essential. Durability-wise, it's held up well so far. After half a year of being outside (albeit covered), there are no signs of rust, which is encouraging. The paint and finish have stood up to the elements without any issues. My only concern is with the caster wheels - they work fine now, but I'm not sure how they'll hold up over the long haul. Time will tell on that front. Value-wise, it's decent. It's definitely breathed new life into my old grill, and for the price, it's a nice upgrade if you already have a Weber kettle. However, if you're starting from scratch and looking at buying both a new grill and this table, I'd probably recommend just going for the Weber Performer. You'd get a similar setup in one package, likely with better integration and potentially at a better overall price point. All in all, I'm happy with this grill table. It's not perfect, but it's a solid option if you're looking to upgrade your existing Weber kettle setup without splurging on a whole new grill. Just keep in mind that while it adds functionality, it also takes up more space on your patio or deck. If you've got the room and you're tired of balancing plates on the edge of your grill, this table is worth considering.

Perfect complement for the Weber 22" kettle.
I bought this for my 22" Master Touch Weber Kettle. Instructions for assembly were spot-on, it took me 45 minutes or so including dropping the kettle in and making adjustments. Seems to serve my needs well so far. I am not sure where to hang the grill grate, as needed, which hangs nicely on the kettle lip when the kettle is free standing. I also find the lower air adjustment lever / ash clean lever to now be on the side opposite that which I prefer to stand on so that will take some getting used to. I have had many compliments on it and am happy I purchased the kettle cart

Perfect upgrade
One of the best upgrades you can do for a kettle. Super easy to assemble took under 2 hours, instructions were clear and easy to understand and the grill fit perfectly into place. I am using a Spider grills Venom on my kettle so for that to clear I had to spin the bowl around so now I'm looking at the back of the cart when cooking. Not a big deal, I drilled new holes for the spice/sauce rack and it works perfectly.

Good value for the money
I like having this to grill with. Nice work area and storage for grill supplies underneath. Very handy. Quality is very good. Especially for the price. Set up is a bit much. Lots of steps and parts, but that’s is why it’s a good price. Instructions are decent to follow. Similar to making a Lego. Plan to spend a few hours.

Great for DIY improvement to Weber Performer.
Very happy with this item. Inexpensive and good for DIY adapting. I was going to replace the top of a badly rusted Weber Performer grill but this solution is much better. A replacement top would have been over $200. This product was less expensive and gave me a platform to build up the grill to carry a full 25lb propane cylinder for the propane start. Reinforced the shelf to hold the cylinder. The only frustration is I can't locate a cover that fits exactly. I have one that's a little too large that works ok if you cinch it up. https://a.co/d/jk7acUT

I searched for a trolley or side table for my weber kettle for months. As an Aircraft Engineer, all other solutions were a joke. Little snap-on side table that solves nothing, or weber’s own table that is not only fully plastic but comes with another kettle bbq that you need to buy. But after seeing this on a weber fan’s youtube site I had to buy it. It arrived promptly, took me about 1-2 hrs to assemble and it’s amazing. If they had a stainless steel version I would have bought that as I’m 100m from the ocean with salt spray, so I think it may rust up fairly quickly but I knew what I was buying so no complaints. So far it has made my Weber Kettle so much more usable and I love it!! There are some gimmicks like the paper towel holder that doesn’t fit correctly- it hits on one of the legs, and the trash bin that doesn’t fit over the frame properly, and the lid holder that isn’t as good as the factory weber lid holder, so I fitted them, realised they weren’t very good and removed them. Still, for the size of the trolley, the size of the side table and how good the wheels are, along with it’s front basket and cutlery hooks, it’s a massive improvement on mine and for any Weber kettle.
