I am typing this out using the keyboard while on the bus to college. Keyboard and mouse works for both my phone VR headset and laptop, both are comfortable to use and quite convenient as the keyboard is quite lightweight while still having all the full sized keys and an extremely long battery life. I am loving the bluetooth switching capabilities. The keyboard isn't especially quiet, but it's perfectly acceptable for my needs, even in a public space. The mouse on the other hand is very quite when clicking. Not sure how long they will last, but seems well made.

Very pleased with the purchase so far. I was expecting 30 minutes grappling under my desk to access the USB Ports on the rear of my desktop adding a USBA unifier dongle so was very pleasantly surprised to see connection to both keyboard and mouse is directly via bluetooth. The build quality seems good and both keyboard and mouse loaded without any issues. Adding a laptop and mobile on the other 2 channels were also both equally straight forward. I had both keyboard and mouse controlling 3 devices in less than 15 minutes. Keyboard action feels very comfortable, the key action is positive and very quiet and the mouse has a positive feel. On line 2 year warranty response from Arteck within 2 working days with the offer of a full 5 year warranty. My only criticism if I am nit picking is the font size of the instructions is very small. A link to an on line PDF instruction sheet that could be zoomed in would be helpful for those with older eyes!

Quick and easy to connect to devices, and then switch between the devices with a single key press or (for the mouse) button click. I regularly switch between two laptops (one is for work), and this is far superior to my previous solution: moving two USB dongles from one laptop to another every time I switched. No latency or disconnecting at all so far. As for typing, the keys have a nice weighting and feel and it all feels like high quality materials and functionality. The mouse is also smooth and quiet. Only slight issue was on one laptop (the other was fine), I had to increase the cursor speed to the max to achieve a (pretty moderate) speed that was acceptable to me. Not sure why. Overall a great buy though.

Comfortable keyboard and mouse. Work well with both Mac and PC. No real lag at first connection and perfect throughout with no drop outs. Switch off automatically when connection goes. Some symbols are hard to see on the keys due to the colour coding. Dedicated switch on keyboard but it's a single switch on the mouse to cycle through which is fiddly if you need to swap often. Be great if they talked and you could have a proper Bluetooth KVM but I know that's not happening. Mouse is smooth and good in use. I'm still not sure what the mouse dpi is for but in practice it makes it more or less sensitive (and therefore may require a change of sensitivity in the computer mouse settings to get the feel you want). Excellent value.

Only just received it, but i can say that it seems to be quite well built, was easy to set up and seems to work as it should. Well satisfied up to now. Delivery was excellent.

For the first 14 months everything was great, stable connectivity, easy to set up, long battery life, slim and sleek and ok value for money. Sadly, out of the blue, multiple keys on the keyboard stopped working (a s d f j k l). The keyboard is essential for my work so this is particularly frustrating. Fortunately, it's within the 24 month warranty, I've reached out to them regarding this, but no response so far. Edit: They got back to me and gave me a full refund, purchased another set as it was so good while it worked. Hoping it was a manufcterer fault.

Generally works well, and was very easy to get connected and up and running with both keyboard and mouse. The mouse works absolutely fine and the keyboard ALMOST works fine. The main issue I have is an intermittent issue with certain keys inputting twice when pressed - i.e. I end up with two of a letter or symbol when I only pressed it once. This can be particularly annoying since only some of these instances get picked up by auto-correct, so I find myself having to edit a lot of messages to remove numerous duplicate letters. Worse, it seems to happen a lot with the '-' symbol, which when working 8 hours a day inputting formulae into spreadsheets can be really irritating. A shame as otherwise it's an ideal solution.

日本メーカーではないキーボードなので、使ってみるまでは心配でしたが、キーボード配列もそれほど変則ではなく、ストロークも問題ないです。マウスも使いやすいし、感度も申し分ない、というか優秀。 パソコン2台でキーボード・マウスを共有するという目的が達成できて満足。 ただし、OSが起動しないBIOS・UEFIの設定は出来ないので、そちらの設定用のキーボードは別途必要。

I work from home. I also have a personal computer and own my own business additionally - so I have ANOTHER laptop that I need access to frequently. I previously had a wireless mouse and keyboard for the desktop as it did not have BT and that gave me a LITTLE desk space back (I have 5 fricken monitors here people). I do NOT have space for multiple keyboard and mice... PROS -full sized keyboard and ergo mouse -easy to turn off and on -easy to charge even while using -NO USB PORT REQURED -Keyboard has 3 clearly labeled BT keys so you can quickly switch computers -BT keys are color coded and a light on the keyboard indicates which one is broadcasting -mouse button to switch BT channels is slightly recessed from the other side keys, so you will not press it on accident -easily fits into laptop case for travel -USBC charging port for both parts. CONS -settup was a little tricky for me (it could be because Im an idiot though) -mouse does NOT stay lit up on the BT number so you know which BT chanel it is on without quickly changing it. -BT connectivity means that there is a short delay when switching over to the other system. - to be expected -keyboard does have a slightly raised rear end, but does not have optional 'feet' to pop down for additional height Long story long, I am quite happy with this set, sad that it is not purple with cat ears, but function over form. I no longer have 3 keyboards trying to take up space and am down to 2 mice because I have learned (for me) it is easier to keep a corded mouse attached to my work computer and the BT to my desktop most of the time as I do not use the keyboard as frequently for my personal PC during the work day (it is used for watching TV lol)

Their warranty is great! I bought this back in April of 2024. Immediately I activated my two-year warranty by emailing support at arteck my Amazon order number. I didn't want to forget that. I needed that later. It was easy to connect with my computer, phone, and tablet using Bluetooth and fit well underneath my monitor. I did however need to borrow a wired mouse to first set it up with the computer (no touchscreens here). This mouse and keyboard are nice to be able to use it to switch between my many devices to type and use for work as well as messages and emails. On screen keyboards are so slow and take up too much room on your screen. No problems with using it as it recharges, but the battery lasts well for my use. I just alternate which I charge and let it recharge overnight. Anyway June of 2025, some of the letters on the keyboard stopped responding. Tried updating its firmware, restarting the computer, removing it and reinstalling, nothing worked. My mouse is great, but I was reduced to using the onscreen keyboard. I looked up my old order number here on Amazon and filled in the arteck support form on their website. The next day, I got an emailed response and a few back-and-forth emails with questions later (basically which keys weren't working), they decided to send me a replacement! I didn't even have to send the original back though I was ready to do so (I still had the original box). So, now I'm back typing again. And have an extra mouse that I'm thinking of gifting to my mother. Set it up for her phone, computer, and TV. My pictures show you what comes inside a cardboard box. Another box with the keyboard and mouse neatly packed, a USB C charging cord, and instruction manual. Also, how it fits underneath my 28 inch monitor.

Nice combo set with very nice feel and operation . Very simple to use and set up . Size is nice as it’s not to big nor to small and the keys feel great . Very quiet keyboard.
