BEFORE READING NOTE - I had to contact the Manufacturer to receive my product as it did not show up despite 2 day shipping. Other than that there weren’t any issues, Onto the review (Video is a longer version of this review providing more details, Ignore crazy i look) This is a Durable drum pad with a great feel to it. The beads provide an authentic sound allowing you to actually feel like you’re practicing the drums and not just tapping a pad. Worth the money but the wait was crazy, If you’re looking to practice without allocating the full amount if a drum set then it’s a go. The bag allows you to carry it many places with Straps on the bag to put on your back and Clips to increase portability of the bag, You can take the separate bag for the pad Off or you can keep it there. The sound in the video Does not do the actual pad’s sound justice But the sound of the pad does vary somewhat depending on the surface you’re using. The stand is very solid and if correctly used a Great tool, For other taller people if you chose to stand with it there could be issues but i’ve done it before at 6’1 but primarily use it seated, Cant remember how it was but the stand does go from short to tall based on what the preference of the user is. Overall its function is definitely fulfilled and the quality is on point even down to the box that it was shipped in. The care put into the design of this product is astonishing and its recommended for anybody who’s on the fence to at least order it for a test run as its a wonderful product. Donner does not short people on the quality of their products and shall rightfully boast the products they sell. Overall 10/10 pad, Once again Amazon’s shipping was the primary issue.

This is a fantastic practice pad at a reasonable price. They even include sticks, stand, a carrying case, and 40-rudiments poster, making the purchase even more compelling. Add-ons aside, that’s not the best part… The practice pad has to be one of the best pads I’ve played on. The design is thoughtful, with two features I like. First and foremost, it has a removable compartment in the back that holds ballbearings; it realistically simulates snares! If for some odd reason you thought to yourself, “I have this tricked up pad with a clever ballbearing feature for which I paid extra, but I don’t want to hear a snare simulation just now,” you could detach the ballbearing compartment and simply take in the flat plastic slap sound with each stroke. Tell me you never used a mouse pad for a practice pad! The second feature I like is the notched rim around the pad. It gives you a rim to practice rim shots, but again the thoughtful design of simply placing a pair of sticks on the pad in the slot so they don’t roll off is the kind of attention to detail that makes this pad special. For comparison, I have a two sided Vic Firth practice pad. That pad is good, too, but if I put it on a table, the table amplifies the pad sounds, which is not what I’m looking for. While the rubber of the Vic Firth pad has a better rebound than the Donner pad, that’s not really what I want in a pad. It has its place, but if you want to practice clean diddles with a push-pull, then rebound is a crutch. Donner doesn’t give you zero rebound; it’s not a pillow. It does, however, make you work for your double and triple strokes, which is the kind of practice that makes you a better player.

Everything they say it is, great . good /quick in shipping ! You won’t be disappointed! Top quality I would recommend to any beginning drumming student. Gooood quality!

I purchased this for my son for use in school percussion lessons and would say that overall, it’s serviceable if not perfect. Pros: the bag is great and surprisingly roomy for a stick bag, snare stand, practice pad and books. Cons: the snare stand’s basket is smaller than most and won’t fit a 14” drum or larger practice pad. Also the hardware itself is barely serviceable. The basket on our example is held in place my one screw and tightening the basket onto a pad or snare results in the non-anchored sides of the attachment point lifting up and pulling away

I love this kit for the price. The stand (while not super high quality) is able to go extremely low in case you want to sit on a couch and practice while you watch TV. Unfortunately, the ball bearings in the snare don't make much noise. The backpack makes it easy to quickly set it up and break it down.

Well Made practice pad and stand. Great value. Comes with 3 sets of drum sticks and carrying case. Highly recommend to anyone learning the drums or an experienced drummer.

Sturdy. Easy to use, and put together. Weight was perfect! It was heavy. Functionality a plus. Fits perfect in my small apartment. Plus, it's perfect practice pad is apartment friendly. I have been wanting this since I was 10 but my mom did not want drums in her house. At 72, I thought why not? It's never too late to have fun!

Hasta el momento estoy satisfecho con el pad, suena bien y se siente muy bien el uso, me gusta que tiene detalles que hacen más realista su uso como por ejemplo poder usar el aro como si fuera una caja/tarola. Es muy versátil y cómodo, además los accesorios con los que viene, son justos para el precio y funcionales para su uso.

The product must've been held in stock for a while as there was some small amounts of rust on the stand which required some cleaning up. Nothing serious. The gear itself is excellent quality and I love the feel of the pad. Very happy with my purchase.
