Excellent product but unpleasant price variation
The yeast is excellent. It is a quick rise yeast and requires only a 10-minute first rise which enables me to bake bread quickly. However, I am unhappy with the price variation. When I bought the same product in the beginning of 2025, i got it for about Rs. 500 and this time around, it cost me upwards of Rs. 700.

Best yeast I used till date. Proofing is good. I moved the remaining yeast to airtight container and to freezer to extend the life after use. Its over 6 months I am using the same pack and it proofs everytime as if its new one.

Great yeast for casual baking
Great yeast, it has a very long shelf life and works even after mentioned expiry, looks, rise time and works just like gloripan but more economical It can be directly added while kneading making it quite user friendly. Please store it in airtight container in dark places. Just a suggestion for manufacturer: the package can be resealable.
