Super Durable
The ELECOM NESTOUT Portable Charger is a really good choice for anyone who like the outdoors are traveling. The 15000mAh, this power bank has is designed to keep your devices charged and ready to go wherever you are. The 15000mAh capacity of the NESTOUT is more than sufficient to keep multiple devices powered up on a single charge. During my time in the woods, this power bank consistently provided ample power for my iphone and garmin watch. I could easily charge my smartphone multiple times without worrying about running out of juice. The NESTOUT's compact and lightweight design makes it highly portable, fitting comfortably into backpacks, pockets, and purses. Its slim profile allows for easy storage and retrieval, making it a convenient choice for those always on the move. It is equipped with fast charging technology. The NESTOUT delivers rapid charging speeds for compatible devices. This feature significantly reduces charging times. I found that it charged my devices faster compared to other power banks I have used in the past, which is a great advantage when you're limited on time. The NESTOUT features two USB-A ports, allowing simultaneous charging of multiple devices. This feature is especially useful when traveling with a companion or when you have multiple devices that need charging. The built-in LED indicator also displays the remaining battery level, providing a convenient way to monitor the power bank's status and plan accordingly. The NESTOUT exhibits a sturdy build quality, ensuring its durability and resistance to everyday wear and tear. It can handle outdoor activities. Overall, the ELECOM NESTOUT Portable Charger offers a good combination of power, portability, and convenience. With its ample capacity, quick charging technology, and multiple ports, it proves to be a reliable charger for keeping your devices powered up while on the go. I'd definitely recommend to anyone asking.

Initial impression is excellence! Great product 👍
I usually will not write a review so close to purchasing a new product. However, these are superior to any battery bank I have used so far. They seem very durable, EXCEPT to fall/drops. Not sure but I think the case can withstand substantial drops but, circumstances could still cause it to be injured/destroyed I’m certain. A ten foot drop into a concrete stairwell won’t be good. But off the kitchen table onto the tile floor and all will be likely well. Still, if charging something and it falls, port and cord damage is possible, if not probable. However, it is to charge. Waterproof covers that thread on to secure your battery ports when not in use. But the winning feature for me is the ability to place it in “gear” mode which servers the manufacturer the ability to produce accessories to use with your tripod mountable battery. Cool ! The gear mode for me however provides the opportunity for use with a device that only intermittently draws power. The battery powers it perfectly so my device can fulfill its purpose 😉 I will update this in about 6 months unless it works as well as it does now. Seems durable and well made with great features at a reasonable cost. I bought 3 initially on faith and it may have worked out aces for me! Update 1: Not yet six months but these batteries are fantastic! Hold a charge very well. Additionally, one charge then use as intended lasted 10 - 8 hour shifts. Nicely done!

Very nice battery pack and versatile too.
Very nice power bank and light stand. I bought the large LED lamp which is an accessory for this brand and it works simply great. The lamp comes with a small tripod which mounts to the bottom of the battery pack and the lamp mounts to the top. It really is a nice combination. For the battery pack, the top two "plugs" are completely sealed with O-ring type seals and screw down very tightly. While I've not submerged the pack in water, I'm quite sure it would withstand water at least to some depth. Certainly they will keep sand and rain out and since the pack is a sealed unit, there's no way for anything to gain access to the inner workings. If you plan to spend a lot of time outdoors or even if you don't, this battery pack is a very nice unit and for a pretty nice price point as well. Get the large LED lamp if you want even more flexibility and a great dimmable light to boot!

Built Like a Tank and Performs Amazing!
I've needed a battery bank for taking up into the mountains on hiking trips. My usual concern is getting the power bank wet or damaged. Its an amazing change of pace to not have to worry about keeping my power bank protected. This thing can take a beating, I've dropped it countless times, it's been splashed and thrashed since I received it and it still works like it's brand new. I've even seen videos of people fully submerging theirs underwater with no issues. Worth every penny, I already plan on getting another or getting the solar charging module for hikes longer than just a weekend. The battery lasts a good long while, I've used it on several weekend trips and it usually lasts the whole time keeping all of my electronics powered and also acting as a camp lamp using the lamp attachment. My only very minor nitpick is that I wish the USB-C port side had a different texture on the cap to differentiate the two caps in low/no light conditions. I've mediated this by inscribing a texture onto the outside of one cap with an awl and writing on the outside of the body in paint marker so I can tell the difference under red light or in total darkness. I also wish that the lights themselves were able to be turned off or came with an integrated cover as there are times I don't want a bright light flashing at me (although this was easily fixed by covering the battery indicator light with a piece of electrical tape). Overall an excellent battery that deserves to be taken outdoors. Never have worry about a battery pack again once you get this.

This is a great portable battery.
This battery is built like a tank, boasting top-notch build quality. As someone who spends a lot of time outdoors, I’m pleased to report that this battery has kept all my devices charged consistently. The waterproof seals and the overall design of the battery are commendable. It offers great overall performance and is quite compact. The only thing I wish it came with was a D ring screw, which would make it easy to attach to a carabiner and eliminate the need to purchase one separately. However, I must say that this battery is simply awesome. I held off on buying it for a while, but I should have gotten it sooner. If you’re on the move frequently and don’t have access to power sources, this battery, combined with a portable solar panel, will ensure that your devices remain charged.

Very Robust
It's by far the strongest built power pack that I own. I have made it into my Every Day Carry because of how solid it is. I only wish it had more juice, but then again, I would probably never be satisfied with the amounts Highly recommend it, am going to purchase a few more to throw in my BO Bag.

This unit is dangerous and has destroyed most of my backcountry power systems.
I'm a outdoor instructor with a particular niche in very high risk specialized outdoor programs and events. I bought this power bank during Prime Day specifically for use during those contracts. I liked the design both aesthetically and in terms of features. Many of the promised charging stats seemed quite good. But this power bank does not deliver on those promises, it's quite dangerous, and even with a full refund from Amazon has cost me a significant amount of money and inconvenience. Well waiting for the item to be delivered, I had contacted the seller through the Amazon messaging portal with some specific questions. Particularly when it came to its protection features. I was shocked by their lack of knowledge. When they were eventually able to find someone who could answer the questions, they're responses were not ideal. I should have canceled the order there and then. But I convinced myself I was overthinking things. If I had gone with my instinct, I wouldn't be in the precarious situation I am in now. When charging or discharging, the ports get very hot. Which is concerning because of temperature performance and safety problems. One of the questions I asked about was it's claimed temperature protection features. It's my suspicion that the water and impact resistant shell traps heat and makes the unit much more susceptible to heat related issues. If you read the included documentation, it specifically says not to use USB-C to USB-C charging cables it has to be USB-C to USB-A. Which mechanically limits the amount of power that is used to charge up the power bank and further raises concerns about the units performance and protection features. Reputable power banks don't have this restriction. I have a few multimeters that can measure the wattage and if PD charging is happening. During discharge, the unit never managed to reach the promise charging speeds. It charged even single items very slowly. PD charging worked some of the time, but would abruptly stop without any particular rhyme and reason. It would also take unusually long to charge because of its charging cable restriction throttling the amount of wattage necessary to charge. Because of the somewhat concerning answers from the seller, in the field I ended up babying this unit. Treating it much more cautiously than any of my regular non-hardened power banks. Particularly when it came to temperature. This time of year most of my work is in hot or extreme hot weather. So a unit that is temperature sensitive to this extent was far from ideal. Despite every effort to protect this unit, something happened because when I did end up using the unit it just started destroying things. I had several cables that work perfectly fine with other power banks but after plugging them them into this power bank they stopped working all together. So I had to toss several of my favorite cables. The USB charging adapters I used to charge this unit in the field (plugged into a generator) broke and died. I also frequently will pack in a large format power station with output only USB-A ports and use that to top up the power on power banks, radios and GPS units. I've been doing this for years. Largely without issue. With two exceptions. This ELECOM NESTOUT power bank and the power bank that it was replacing. My previous backcountry power bank (that had an active fan cooling system and an AC power plug) had been used heavily for about 20 months before starting to destroying cables, power adapters, and equipment plugged into it. Which I had to replace on short notice at great expense. I talked to the brand who made that power bank and they just said that that's normal for a unit passed it service life. And since I was just barely out of the warranty I was out of luck. The whole situation was very upseting for variety of reasons but at least I got 20 months of good use. This ELECOM unit didn't even last 2 weeks before it started doing the same stuff. Destroying my replacement adapters and cables. But there really is upsetting thing is what it did to my power station. It basically turned it into a bomb. Plugging the ELECOM into the USB port did something to the power station. It started to make sizzling noises and got burning hot to the touch. No other item was plugged into the power station so it wasn't under load. It was just this NESTOUT power bank. Now that my power station is basically a bomb I had to isolated from my other equipment and keep it away from potential fire hazards. Not an easy thing when you're surrounded by dry vegetation and limited sun cover. Fortunately it was at the tail end of my contract. I got home a few hours ago and it's been sizzling and getting hotter in my (dry) bathtub till I can find a way to dispose of it. Which means this single NESTOUT power bank has completely wreak havoc with my backcountry power systems. I'm out a minimum $200 to replace the cables, power adapters and the power station it destroyed. My next contract is in 3 days. I won't be able to replace everything in time and I'll be in a very difficult position juggling equipment power needs in the field during that contract. We outdoor instructors do not get paid all that much and we have a very high equipment overhead. The unexpected but critically necessary $200 expense cuts significantly into my paycheck. And as a lithium ion cell it can't be shipped back or disposed of by regular means so this power bank and the power station it destroyed have to be dropped off with a specialty hazmat recycler and can't be dropped off at a regular battery disposal point. So instead of spending my 3 days recuperating and doing some light resupply I have to deal with this portable disaster. So as you can imagine I cannot recommend this unit. I would go as far as saying steer clear. It's dangerous, even if it's defective one-off unit, there are other fundamental issues with the unit that make this a subpar choice for actual outdoor use. This is a power bank design for people who like the idea of an outdoor-inspired power bank but don't actually need one. Huge disappointment on all accounts. Even with the 100% refund from Amazon.

Fantastic power bank
Excellent power bank. I primarily use this power bank as a back up while travelling by motorcycle and occasionally carry it in the rucksack whilst hiking too. It’s ruggedness and waterproofing make it extremely useful for carrying on the motorcycle. The dual charging ports means that I can charge two things at once, which is handy when travelling with phone, intercom and sat nav etc, all of which need charged. The unit certainly holds the charge well and will do several charges of phone and sat nav etc with no issues. Although more expensive than some power banks, highly recommended due to its ruggedness, waterproofing and unique design.
