I bought a lot of these animal pack containers. This is the first time I got one with a extra surprise inside! Super awesome! I haven't tried it yet but I will and I'll get back to y'all. These pills are fantastic! They are an all-in-one multi complex pill packs ready to grab each day for convenience. I've never had any bad side effects from the supplements. They don't have any bad smells or taste. I don't have any bad indigestion problems from taking them or jitters. Gives me great energy suppresses my appetite makes me feel balanced in my hair and nails are great. It does turn your pee yellow from the energy pill I believe but other than that at least I know my system's processing them. A great addition to your daily regimen I do recommend. This is the most complete multi complex supplements and vitamins that you're going to find anywhere! My product always arrives on time and is never damaged and I've never had to make a return for them I approve the seller too.

Animal Pak is the best. However, Animal Pak is also the most expensive. I train 5-6 times a week and I’m an old guy. So I take 2 packs per day (1 w/ brunch and 1 w/ dinner). Animal Pak alleviates s most of the aches that old guys get after lifting 5-6 times a week. Also, some of the gray and wrinkles from my seniority has reverted. But 1 can @ 44 packs per can @ 2X a day = 22 days. That’s a lot of $$$$.
