Received item as promised and on time. Out of the box, plugged the included dongle into the PC and everything worked without any struggle. Impressed with this product. This is being used for a smaller conference room, works great, tested with others on the other end, stated very clear. No wires in the way!

I use this all the time in my office when I need to have meetings. Picks up everyone really well.

Works great, must configure in windows for use for audio devices when used wirelessly. Microphone works wirelessly with no issue, so did speaker initially but after a week or 2 noticed it would only work for microphone wirelessly but once I managed windows setting to allow device for audio it started working again.

This thing works awesome! AI canceling noise woks great, can pick voices from a long way off like they are right next to the speaker. Easy connect to any device by Bluetooth or cable.

While this worked, it worked very well. Then the batteries stopped charging. We had three of these for meetings over Zoom for our conference room, one after another. In all three cases the batteries stopped holding a charge in a matter of months. Clear sound if you you only need it for a meeting or two, but now they are paper weights, reminders of expensively bad decisions.

Sound quality from speaker and microphone are great. Battery power lasts. Easy to set up and connect quickly.

I think this is a good option. It is a good size and the speaker is very good, clear and loud.Based on feedback, microphones work well and noise cancellation is also good.I have been using for a couple of days and so far I am satisfied with the product.If needed, I’ll update my review in the future.

Ok, these things are expensive. You're buying quality, ease of use, and splendid sound performance. It picks up people around the table and produces a clear conversation sound for all. Short of a multi-base system to cover everyone -which will run you into the thousand $ -, this is the best system for up to 8 people around a conference table.

This worked well while it lasted, but less than a year later it cuts out regular and I lose audio on Teams calls.

Looking for a speaker with mic for my pc online meeting needs. I tried a few Bluetooth speaker before and it seems Bluetooth speaker is only good for temporary phone call, not for video conference. This speakerphone works perfect for my video conference needs. I wish it could lower the volume a bit when use as speaker, but overall It is nearly perfect and I have no complain.
