After inserting my Insulin pump into the Mesh pouch, I was delighted during the night to be able to "see the screen" (through the mesh screen) when I needed to make an adjustment without having to remove the bump from the belt. So far, I have only worn the belt on the outside of my pajamas, not against my skin directly, but for a true review I know that I need to try it laying against my skin also, but I am sure that letting it lie loosely, not tightly will be the answer to being comfortable during the night other than when I would always wake up and need to readjust when I turned over without the belt.

i got a med because that what i wear but its a little to big for me so go down a size but other than that it is great now to make sliding the pump easier dont be dumb like me i left the nonslip cover on and it was a pain then when i realized what i did i shook me head and took and off and it slid right in i cant feel it when laying down thats a plus and my pump isnt always falling off my pants or out of my pocket because the clip sucks that it comes with

These are all the same garbage products.just rebranded and sold by a different seller. It’s the exact same item. Read the reviews but the button line is these pockets are not secure and your insulin pump will fall out and be destroyed.
