This is my second order of MB. It definitely improves mental clarity and focus and improves sleep. No adverse side effects or reactions for me. Start slowly with one drop a day and gradually increase dosage. Taking a morning dose and another dose six hours later works well. Drink clean water with each dose. Life changing for Me and animals I've been getting it to my horse that has some minor neurological issues, and I have been taking it just for all around health reasons!! And as soon as I took it on a regular basis, life just became much easier, less stressful, and I do feel much much better energy wise! People talk about weird taste I don't taste anything really I just put it in my water with some lemon and it taste great!!

I've been using this methylene blue for months and because I saw an unmistakable improvement very soon after starting, I'm sticking with this brand. I suspected I had mitochondrial issues from mold exposure and other issues, and was looking for ways to help myself. Not only does a morning dose make it considerably easier to get ready for work in the morning, I'm sure it has also cut absenteeism for me. I'm most impressed with the extra energy I feel; I'm sure there are other benefits (like mood improvement) but the extra energy alone has been worth the purchase price. For those who really dislike the taste, consider filling an empty supplement capsule; this will also prevent staining of mouth and teeth (although I've never had a problem with that).

Very nasty tasting. I add it to the end of a beverage to hide the taste. I can't imagine ever taking it solo. I read reviews that suggested starting slow - one drop. That is exactly what I did and felt a slight increase in my energy. After over a week, I decided to try taking on 2 drops, big mistake for me. Each person should adjust the quantity as needed. I'm sticking with 1 drop per day.

Stay away. I should have known better as a healer, this is synthetic. I let that slide this one time and regret it. It messed me up and made me start to have a battle with my teeth. It is toxic. It breaks the blood brain barrier and dyes the brain and organs blue and they say it can’t be removed. Autopsies see blue brains after death. Found this was a trick they started is wanting what Robert F Kennedy used by pretending he was caught off guard taking this stuff caught on camera so we’d see it as the elites secrets of life and I fell for it for the first time in my life and feel like an idiot for once.
