I bought these for BV and so far I have only used one. Since using it I have had NO discharge (that I can tell, the tea tree oil keeps everything cool and refreshed feeling) and I haven't peed excessively today! Bv makes you urinate more frequently and I'd literally be going every half hour. Not anymore! I'm impressed with these quick results. The odor is still *faintly* there. Which is understandable as I've only used one. You are supposed to use these for 6 (up to 12) consecutive days so I will update then! I am currently taking femelabs v10 twice a day (buy on Amazon) for overall vaginal health (check it out! Lots of good stuff in there) and since tea tree oil supposedly kills both good and bad bacteria I plan on using renew life ultimate flora rts women's probiotic after the 6 days of these. I've tried acidophillus, acv, coconut oil, soaking tampons in various liquids, vh essentials, rephresh, and inserting vitamin c and NOTHING has shown ANY signs of working, except these. EDIT: It has been six days of using one a night and the fishy smell is GONE! It is not even faintly there. And, you can only smell the tea tree oil right after you use them. It fades over the course of the day leaving nothing but a fresh hoo-ha! ALSO: the discharge and frequent urination are gone too! PLEASE, GIVE THESE A TRY. Anyone who didn't experience relief did not use them properly. 5 stars. Absolutely no negative side effects.

This is an amazing product, i had re occuring BV & antibiotics would cure it only for so long before the odor and pain would come back so i tried the P.H. wash and carried fem wipes with me every time i went to the lasies room but the odor would not let up, it got to the point i felt like people i worked with or was hanging out with could smell it :( i stopped trying clothes on in stores out of fear someone would walk in after me and smell it, this issue evened strained my sex life untill the day i broke down to my friend and said i cant keep going to the doc all the time but i absolutely cant handle this .......that was the day she told me about this product (tea tree suppositorys) WHAAAAT ? ya i said no way girl i imagined it would burn in such a sensitive area but it wouldnt hurt to read reviews (& thats what i did) after lots of good and sum bad i thought ok im going for it and OMG so glad i did. The first day i heard aboutit i drove to cvs, wal greens ect and not one drug store had them so i ordered them from Amazon , they didnt have an aplicator so i got my own from cvs and the first night i used one the ment was so strong i thought i could taste it lol weird but im serious ! so the next night it wasnt as bad maybe i got used to it idk but then night 3 4 & 5 was a breeze no irratation or burning at all ( was a fresh breezy feeling) well i stopped using them after night 5 and thought wow my Va Jj smels like an x mas tree hahahaha but as the days past and the odor didnt return and my area felt better i couldnt stop telling people about this product . I have tried EVERYTHING for BV. I've tried hydrogen peroxide tampons, HP rinses, regularly wiping with HP, wearing cotton undies with thin liners changed regularly, the vitamin c pill as suppository, probiotics pills orally, probiotic suppositories, Rephresh. Nothing works. The HP methods help temporarily with odor but it comes right back. The vitamin c suppository did not dissolve all the way so I'll let you infer what I mean by that. The probiotic pills did nothing because they only help your digestive system, they don't pass through to the vagina. The probiotic suppositories just made me feel gross. I did see a gyno for this problem, but all she did was tell me to buy all these expensive products like a $30/month overpriced bottle of pills that are just a combination of a few different regular vitamins that only cost $5 each for a year supply on their own, and Rephresh regularly (which would end up costing like $50 a month.. wtf). I left her office in tears because I knew I would never be able to afford that. So I tried all the above methods & still, nothing worked. I was diagnosed last fall, so I've had plenty of time to try everything. I've read all the blogs about home remedies for BV. I don't usually do home remedies if there is an RX option that will give me results (why DIY if your insurance covers it for free) but the only RX option for BV is taking antibiotics, which can just give you a yeast infection anyway. So I tried all the other methods. I always knew tea tree oil was an option but I hate the smell & I didn't want my lady parts smelling like my mom's medicine cabinet. I have had BV for a long time (apparently because I am allergic to semen... fun) and it's ruining my life. I always wear a light tampon on non-period days because I hate the feeling of my undies always being wet & I am paranoid everyone can smell me. If I sit cross-legged or with my knees up, I randomly get a whiff and it is nauseating. If I can smell it, then other people near me can too. It's humiliating. BV ruins your confidence & sex drive. I won't even go on dates even if only a kiss is in the cards because I don't want him to get close to me. I can't wear my favorite VS undies because most of them are not cotton. BV is just messing me up too much. So I decided to try my last option, tea tree oil. I'm only on day 2 and I already feel better & cleaner. When I wipe, it doesn't smell awful. And my area isn't constantly feeling like it's on fire. My V always feels really hot and inflamed, which is not fun during the summer. My V usually feels like it's 10-20 degrees hotter than the rest of my body. Now it feels okay. The reason this product gets 4 stars and not 5 is because the mold they use SUCKS. This suppository is shaped like a tapered bullet, just like the probiotic suppositories. I've tried carefully opening the wrapper, but the tapered end ALWAYS breaks off because it's so fragile. So I have to either put in 2 pieces, or throw the skinny part away if it falls on the floor, which happened to me. These things are not cheap, so I don't want to waste any. It must be the formula that's the problem, cause I had probiotic suppositories in the same shape & they never broke at the end. Those were packaged in foil while these are in plastic, so maybe that's the problem. But that's my only issue with this product. I wish I could just give it 4.5 stars instead of only 4 cause that's such a small issue, but still really annoying. What I do is wash my hands, then insert one while sitting on the toilet before bed. Then I add a light tampon and go lay down. You can move around since the tampon will keep it in place, but if you only use a pantiliner instead of a tampon, you will want to lay still. You will immediately feel a cool, tingly sensation, like when you drink cold water after chewing mint gum. It feels SO relieving if you have the hot-V feeling that comes with BV. It feels sooooo nice & relaxing. Then wash your hands again cause they will smell like TTO. I will update my review when I finish the package. The instructions say you can use for up to 12 days for serious cases, so I will probably do that. I hope this helps someone!

Treatment for BV: So far I have used 2 of 6 suppositories to treat my BV. I struggled to get rid of BV for almost a year in 2014. I took 3 different rounds of antibiotics but nothing helped. It finally went away on it's own. Now it has unfortunately returned. I received another round of antibiotics and it seemed to work. Few weeks later, it's back. I decided to try a more natural route considering how many antibiotics I had taken in the past. I am using these in conjunction with probiotics, once daily. So far there has been an improvement in irritation from the BV. I hope by the time I finish the pack, it will be gone. (Will update!) About the product: Yes, tea tree oil has a strong, antiseptic smell. It doesn't bother me but I know some people say that can't stand it, so bear that in mind. The tea tree oil is mixed into a solidified oil, so the suppositories are easy to put in. I haven't had any trouble using them at bed time/while I sleep. I use a panty liner to save my panties from smelling like tea tree oil, but there hasn't been any leaking that I have noticed. I do not experience any burning or discomfort, it is actually very cooling. I think if you experience burning, there may be another underlying issue and you should get checked by your gyno. The oil is mixed with the tea tree oil to prevent this.

I’ve used this product in the past and know I like it but unfortunately there were only 3 instead of 6. It clearly says it contains 6 on the front of the box. Bummer.
