Love this pre- workout! Dissolves super easily! Great taste and gives you a good pump during your workout. Not too much beta alanine, which from you is good. It takes about 15 minutes to kick in. Serving size isn't too big so you don't have to mix a lot of powder into the water. Overall, great pick!

I bought this twice cause I ran out of the first one I ordered. This pre-workout tastes like REAL fruit punch, no weird after taste. Very noticable increase in perfomance when lifting, and mixes perfectly. No stomach problems, no bathroom trips.
