Very handy aid for difficult tums!
I find that this product works for stubborn tums! The handy size and caplets make it much easier to transport than the Milk of Magnesia liquid I bought before.

Kind to your tummy but still work really well.
Excellent and gentle on the stomach. It does take a couple of days but the results are much better than stronger Laxatives. I just wish I could get them in the UK.

This laxative is reliable with the fewest side effects.

In my opinion, Phillips caplets are the best Pill for constipation on the market. They are not small but are pretty easily swallowed. What makes these pills the best are two important reasons. The first reason is they work well and you can adjust the dose to suit yourself. You can also combine Phillips and Miralax and take them at the same time. And best of all... NO CRAMPS! Take them alone or with Miralax and feel good. But if you do combine them or anything else with a senna product you can expect to have discomfort from mild to severe. Of course, always talk to your doctor about the amount you should take.

These are magnesium oxide tablet.... as labeled non-irritating and non-stimulant. So if you are very constipated they won't work well, the magnesium pulls water into the bowell and softens the stool. But not like stool softens like Dulcolax that are basically soaps and irritants that soften but also irritate to move things, or Senna which is a pure stimulant. That said, I was moving things but difficult and like marbles, started with 4 tabs for a couple of days, then 2. Things became normal.
