I have been going to school for nearly 15 years now, and have been writing on traditional Staples notebooks for my whole life! Though they are only 10 cents per subject notebook, I always faced the problem of wanting to move my pages around into a custom configuration. This year, I have sat next to a foreign exchange student from China who has many of these notebooks! The paticular notebook that he has, is the multi-subject one with sections in it. This technology is great. THIS NOTEBOOK COMES WITH ONLY 10 PAGES. You have to order your own B5 paper which is sold in 100/packs on Amazon too. The paper is smaller than traditional notebooks, and is much more durable. The downside is that you are not able to tear out pieces of paper cleanly (without the bindings). This notebook is nice and portable and fits in a lap-top case! Defiantly would recommend this to anyone on the go, for note taking and someone who does not want to take a large notebook with them. This product you can choose how much paper you carry. The only downside I have seen/had with this product so far is that the binding that hold the notebook together does not feel too strong, I feel like if I bend it a little too much that it could break. But it is defiantly safe in a crowded backpack with other accessories! EXPLANATION: For those who have not seen this product in person, the images do not do a good job of explaining its purpose. This not book is a mix of a traditional "american" 3 ring binder that is able to open up, and a regular notebook. All 26 of the notebook bindings open up, and allow you to move around the notebook pages freely. So you are able to keep your note together, or your homework together. The paper is "refillable" so this is a product that will last.

I love these binders. Been using them since college and now into my work life. Easy to reload pages and edit.

The notebook / binder is nice, but it's not really sturdy. It's sturdy enough, but I'm left feeling like my pages might fall out whenever I put it in my bag (though it's never happened) The rings/spring mechanism just seem flimsy. Without pushing the binding at the top, it's really easy to just pull the rings apart. But then again, it has never opened unintentionally while flipping through pages or carrying your bag around. This one in particular, the clear one, has a like frosted finish to it. The plastic covers are matte, but also transparent. I'll upload a picture later, because it's hard to explain. If you plan on buying these notebooks, get refill paper. It only comes with 10 pieces of paper and a cover page. The paper is really smooth and feels silky. It's the 6mm dotted one. The binder can hold around 70 pieces of paper. Overall, I like the concept, but.. the rings feels flimsy. That's the only demerit. I would buy more in the future.

this is a cute notebook for my notes!! you have to buy paper before you actually buy it but it’s ok!! i love this and it’s very thin and it fits into my book bag so well!

My favorite notebook! I have refill pages and can rearrange the pages however I want. The size is perfect as it’s not too small and not too big. I use these for my college classes.

This notebook is amazing and special because of one thing: the spiral binding (which is made out of clear plastic) POPS open. There's a tiny mechanism at the top/bottom of the notebook that's very similar to that on a old-school ball point pen (you know, the kind that has the little button on the top and a spring in the barrel and the tip slides up and down)- you simply push it, and the binding pops open. You can move pages around, re-organize, remove pages without tearing paper out... There are a few caveats: the cost (very steep for a "notebook", but this is truly like a very sleek and portable binder with 26 tiny rings), the cost of the refills (it only comes with ten sheets of paper, so buy a refill along with your initial purchase- they are usually 100 sheets and cost from five to ten bucks a pack, depending on the merchant), and how *thin* this notebook is. The "official" capacity is 25 sheets, but most people can get about 60-70 sheets in it. To me, the convenience of these notebooks outweighs every possible negative aspect. I'm constantly making lists, jotting notes down all day, taking notes for classes, etc. and to be able to just open a notebook and WRITE and then worry about organizing everything later is a big deal. I love being able to keep ONE notebook with me during the day, and then being able to go home and sort through the notes and put class notes in other notebooks and lists in a notebook devoted to that, etc. Love love love these notebooks.

this notebook/binder hybrid was exactly as described and is just what i needed. traditional spiral notebooks don't work for me as i'm left handed (using them is generally uncomfortable). this one is perfect as i can take notes on the looseleaf sheets (10 were provided with the notebook and you can easily find packs of 100 on amazon) and then place them inside the binder. price was also fairly reasonable considering the quality and that a regular binder from staples is around 10$.

I especially like the refined lines and little dots on the papers. Fine Japanese art!

The quality and everything, tbh I just got confused about opening the binder but everything was perfect none the less, thankyou for giving my purchase in such a quick period of time, I have ordered another 3 because of how good the quality is, but make sure to buy refill!
