I have two of these that I’ve been wearing for 3 1/2 weeks now after giving birth. They’re comfortable and I can wear them all day and night. I do feel like they have actively helped to slim down my figure and firm up my abdomen. My biggest concerns post partum were abdominal wall separation and having too much extra skin and I feel like this has helped with both. I’m 41 and don’t expect my body to bounce back as well as someone half my age, but these bands seem to be doing the trick! I am back to wearing my normal shirts now and my abdomen is visibly reduced and much more firm and once the extra skin goes away I should be completely back to my normal sizes. I first got this was for my loose skin belly after baby delivery. But i find this better to support my back instead, especially when i have to bend to changr diaper and hold baby up/down from bassinet. I keep it on for 2-3 hrs without feeling sore or sweaty like other belt i had before. Another thing i like about this is the extra ban to tighten the belt.

This was essential post hysterectomy. It made me feel secure and able to move around for the first month post op. I wore it around the house and when I was walking and doing light core re-building exercises. My swelling went from looking 5 months pregnant to almost normal size and shape in just 5 weeks and I think this has a large part in that recovery process.

This product was great for a couple of hours. After that, the material stretched too much and started to poke through my shirt. I went to adjust the straps and the bottom of the band ended up breaking and had a hole through it. I couldn't wear it after that as the material was very scratchy and started to stab me. This would be a great product if it didn't break so easily.

My wife is 1-week post partum with low back pain and pelvic girdle pain. She wears this belt over a shirt and it provides really great support. The material is breathable and comfy. The extra straps provide for increased support and more compression if you want. Would definitely recommend to any mama on the mend!

I wore this post partum. The support it gave was amazing for my recovery. I just wish it lasted. After less than a week of consistent wear, the Velcro was tearing up the fabric causing fraying and ripping. I sent it back, thinking maybe it was just a dud, same thing happened again. Also, the product rode up and would not stay in place and it also rolled and creased. I was constantly adjusting it.

I had abdominal surgery and this was a life saver afterwards. Sadly, it did tear apart on me and I had to return it, but I think for the price it really wasn't overall bad.
