Ericoid Rx Mycorrhizal Inoculant is a 16 oz soil amendment designed specifically for acid-loving plants like azaleas, rhododendrons, camellias, and blueberries. It contains beneficial mycorrhizal fungi that enhance root nutrient uptake, promoting faster root growth and improved soil pH. Regular use results in healthier plants with bigger blooms and higher fruit yields within 4-6 weeks, making it an essential organic booster for both new transplants and mature plants.

if weed was ericaceous this would sell like hot cakes
Bought some sale rabbiteye blueberry bushes that had been grown in alkaline less favorable soil (leaves were very red in spring). Some TLC and it was steadily growing green into summer. Added the ericoid microbes and a week or two later bright green leaves were sprouting at every node. Seriously makes a difference. Also most brands do suggest to reapply innoculants on a periodic basis when you don’t necessarily have to, to yes encourage more use of the product, but to also maintain continuous guaranteed survival of the microbes, had you not maintained the optimum environment to keep the entire population of them alive. You can maintain the population by keeping the soil moist and feeding the microbes with organic matter as well as encourage reproduction so that you have a “permanent” microbial environment. Worst case, the microbes couldn’t survive the winter and now you can apply more. even with reapplication, amount is going to last forever for a home gardener. can’t get this online anywhere else or as convenient for the price point. my blueberries are better than yours

I have not used this long enough to know if it helps. I can tell you, the spores are viable. I have observed Tiny hairs growing looking for roots within a day or two of adding to my BLUEBERRIES. This is one of the few made for use on BLUEBERRIES In acidic soil.Happy customerTime will tell how much they helpEdited to addI am now a repeat customer. I could not find this item for a while. When it reappeared, I purchased immediately. The bag looks like it's fresh out of production with 2 full years until the expiration date.I purchased 8 tiny little blueberry sprouts last summer. I did not expect half of them to make it through the winter. They all survived and are currently thriving. Blueberries benefit from REPEAT APPLICATIONS unlike other forms of mycorrhiza that only need to bond once. I believe this product does irs job. I hope they continue to make it.
