I was a little skeptical before buying this, as I had burnt my hands with another brand a few days ago. I still went ahead and ordered this. I first tried to find a mechanic to install this, but then I ended up installing it myself in my Honda CB350 RS. I did not install the relay. I connected it to battery and the orange wire to ignition via 3-pin aux connector. As I do not ride my bike much, for the initial few rides, I was disappointed because the location was not updated. But after driving a few kilometers, it started improving. Though there are still some lags. The location update takes some time. The best part is instant alert when the ignition is turned on. Those alerts are sent instantly. I see lot of people posting about paid upgrades etc. Let me clarify. I purchased this device for Rs.1,590 which included 1 year platform fee. After that, I had to recharge it. I had an option of recharging it for 1 year for Rs.699 for 1 year. The total comes to Rs.2,289. But I opted to recharge with Rs.1,299, which includes 2 years of SIM and app charges, along with 1 year of extended warranty. So for Rs.2,889, I am now settled for 2 years in terms of subscription and device warranty. The app still offers me to upgrade to Plus, but that is not needed. Plus plan offers top speed from rides, call based alerts if your vehicle leaves the safe zone, allows to set a custom icon for your vehicle, and some detailed statistics. You would not need these if your primary target is to secure bike, UNLESS, you want call based alerts. I love the safe parking feature, but it is also included in Plus. They could have at least included the app alerts for safe parking in the base plan, Removing one star because of lag in positioning and lack of safe parking feature in the base plan.

I raised a complaint with AJJAS on 26 August, expecting the support team to resolve the issue quickly. However, today is 7 September, and my problem is still not resolved. The device is still lying unused, and I have not received a proper solution from the company. The most frustrating part of this experience is the customer support and after-sales service. The support team does not properly answer calls. I tried contacting them multiple times, but most of the time there was no response. On the one or two occasions when someone finally answered my call, I was told that there was a pickup delay. But there was no proper explanation, no clear timeline, and no effective action taken to resolve my problem. What makes this even more frustrating is that I had purchased a 3-year subscription plan along with the device. I paid for a long-term service because I trusted the company and expected the GPS to work reliably. Now, because the device is not working and the complaint has not been resolved, my subscription period is also getting wasted. I understand that technical problems can sometimes happen with electronic devices. However, what matters most is how a company handles the problem after a customer raises a complaint. In my case, I have not experienced the level of customer service or responsibility that I expected. I paid my hard-earned money for this device and a 3-year subscription, but instead of getting a working GPS and proper support, I am having to repeatedly contact customer care and wait without any clear resolution. Everything is good but problem is suppose I am going somewhere outside and parking my bike...so If I don't start my bike it drains battery. And after few days device will stop working. They should have installed little battery. What's the use ? If paying so much
