Near Perfect
Did a ton of looking for a backpack for my laptop and video editing equipment. This bag has it all. Fits my 16” MacBook Pro 12” iPad and the large compartment for the case for my mixing headphones and small camera bag. Front compartment perfect for external hard drives and mouse. External pocket great for cables. The find my syncs perfectly with my phone, could be a little louder. This is the perfect bag for my needs and is made from high quality materials, looks great, comfortable even when fully loaded, and stands up on its own when setting it down. Other bags didn’t have enough pockets and looked like they weren’t made from good materials. Never spent this much on a backpack or bag before but definitely worth the money to protect all my gear.

Exactly what I was looking for
A coworker showed me his HyperPack Pro a few years ago and it's been on my wishlist ever since. Saw a great price on Amazon and grabbed it. I love how slim it is and the fact that it stands up on it's own even without my laptop in it. The built in Find My tracker is a nice touch; just eliminates the need for me to keep an Airtag in my backpack like I did with my previous one. The pockets are great; the main pocket has plenty of space for what I need to carry around every day without the backpack getting fat or things sliding around. I also love the fact that there's a built-in sternum strap and the straps are curved for ergonomics. I haven't taken this on a flight yet, but I'm expecting it to be much more comfortable than my previous backpack, not to mention fitting easily under the airplane seat.

Not durable long term
It’s a great backpack from a functional standpoint but I’m super disappointed that one of the shoulder straps is starting to fray at the seam. I might try hot gluing it together to keep it from continuing but at this price point I expect higher quality.

Amazing for Tech Enthusiasts
I was searching for a new backpack that I can carry all of my tech gear as well as small personal items for travel but also to be able to use for the office. This bag was perfect in every sense. It was able to fit a 16" MacBook Pro M2 and what I appreciated is that it's suspended from the bottom - so the laptop won't hit the ground directly. I love that the Find My capability is built into the bag. But for those that do not know, it's not like an AirTag where it will point the direction of where the bag is - it's lacking the U1 chip, which is fine. It gets the job done and it's perfect. I also love the bag's profile. It doesn't stick out from my back like many boxy backpacks do. It's slim and has a nice silhouette. Again, I got this bag to carry headphones, laptops, chargers, glasses, wallet, contacts, gum, etc. It was PERFECT for that use case. However, for those that are thinking they want to use it for a weekend and put clothes in it. It'll be a tight fit. With the aftermarket, bulky case for my AirPods Max, that already took a good bit of space in one of the pockets. Overall, great bag. Highly recommend for those that are just carrying their gear.

Practical, useful
Nice, well built backpack with great organizational compartments. The optional Backup Battery with cable pass through is really useful. Only downside is the built in “Find My “ location module has stopped working after 4 months and there doesn’t seem to be an option to repair or replace it.

Perfect size - great tech design!
Really nice pack. I really do love the face that there is a place/pocket for EVERYTHING. I'm using a great battery pack as well and all the cable routing is awesome. So far, not complaints. Not too big or too small. Love the low profile as well.

Great bag except bottle holder
Everything about this bag is great but the water bottle is a bit wonky since the pocket is wedge-shaped. This make the bottles drift to an angle away from the bag. Otherwise it is 5-stars.

I’ve had this pack for a few weeks at this point and it’s holding up really well. Aquaguard zippers and high quality materials throughout give you piece of mind when commuting with a laptop and the cable passthroughs have been a surprisingly handy feature I hadn’t thought I needed before. Only cons with this bag (and they’re pretty minor) Bottle pockets on the side are a bit shallow. I can fit my 12oz Yeti in it just fine, but bigger than that and you’re probably going to struggle. Shoulder pads are probably a bit thin for my liking, but given I’m not carrying heavy loads for long periods of time with a commuter bag it hasn’t proven to be an issue. Built in ‘find my’ functionality works as expected, but honestly not even the highlight of the bag. Oh, and it stands upright when loaded out, which is handy for the train. Overall a great purchase, would recommend.

The bag I received is terrible. The shoulder straps themselves were stitched on unevenly. For $350 CAD, this is unexpected. Targus' other bags that are $100 are better than this. The main gimmick is the find-my module but an Air tag costs less than $50. Go get yourself a $100 bag and an Air tag. Other issues - the bag's main compartment is too slim. The front duffel style pocket has no organization so everything falls to the bottom. Since the other compartments are also filled at the bottom - everything in the duffel pocket competes for space. The admin compartment should have organization on the front flap as well. The waterbottle pocket is very shallow. The zippers on the waterbottle pocket interfere with the admin compartment when there is a bottle in the bag. Good things - The style is nice and the cable pass throughs are cool.

Damaged within a year. Lifetime warranty is terribly inconvenient with poor customer service. Looks good and practical while it worked. Beyond that they need to improve on quality and customer service if they want to sell these bags. Shouldn’t last a year. And replacement should be easy like other brands when it fails.
