This Multi grip lap pull-down bar as a solid piece of equipment! It's well built, versatile, and perfect for cable machine workouts on functional trainers! The only minor issue is the spacing between the bars. I need to find a way to shorten The Distance from my setup. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase!

I really like this. Its much better quality than I was expecting. It looks like it will last me forever. I am using it for the Inspire FTX cable machine. I like that it allows me to pull with my arms in a better position (to help my shoulders and elbows feel better). Also, I can attach a v-bar to it and utilize BOTH stacks of weights - I was maxing out a single stack - and yes, that is a weak flex :) If you have the same machine as me, I definitely recommend the 38" one. The 30" one was a little too short and made the cables rub on the wheel edge. Overall, I am very glad I bought it.

I used this now on my home cable gym for a few weeks now. I have a dual sided cable machine that has 160 lbs per side. I had maxed-out one side. With this item it has allowed me to get a more intense workout.

I was hesitant to believe that it could make that big of a difference but it does! Mind-muscle connection is important, and this allows you more options to target the muscles in the back, which I find to be a complex group. I can adjust this so that it targets lats more, and then I can adjust it so it targets the teres major and rear delts more. There is a certain grip and adjustment that really pumps my rear delts like nothing else. Also, I used tricep extensions with this and D handles and I find the mind-muscle connection to be better than the rope or straight bar. I can really feel my triceps working. Love it and can't sing its praises enough!

Amazing quality, built very well and works amazing

This is a great solution to combine weight stacks for exercises that require more weight (lat pulldowns etc.). Great addition to my Inspire FTX functional trainer.

This is a great bang for the buck pulley accessory, it's very beefy and seems strong under working (hobbiest) loads and has endless adjustability. I love that both roes of holes on the top and bottom are all usable, so this works just as well on a lat pull down as it does on a functional trainer, or double pully system (like on the Rep Aries, etc.). That said, the finish is garbage, even after just one time attaching a carabiner, the finish is worn off, but at $50 something has to give. Also know this will add a lot of length between you and your cable (as other reviews have mentioned) so make sure you can accommodate for at least 2 or 3 carabiners worth of distance in your setup. That said, the included hardware works great, and the swivel pieces are all but mandatory for subordinated or pronated grips with D rings, so again that adds and additional inch of distance if you want to take advantage of those options. Having said all that I really like this bar, it gives you a lot of freedom to experiment with different grips, angles, and widths in your workouts... just expect some rust with the thick mystery metal and really poor finish. This is the bar for people who want to add a the most variety to their workouts for the least money. At very worst, you can approximate a lot of cable attachments with a few d rings and swivels.

Love it, got the longer attachment. This think is heavy duty. And you can actually use the top set of holes as well as the bottom to give you a bit more ROM. I got it for my Hoist V4 n since that is off a fixed seat can use all the range I can get. Shipping was fast packing was good. I like this company.
