Bought to remove some coolant from my engine (overfilled) which it did, but not without nearly dropping the (suitably cut-down) tube into the reservoir. The fittings are only push fit and not particularly secure. The plunger bit is greased, so I don't know if this would taint whatever it was you were using the syringe for. But it worked, is comically large (200ml is about two thirds the size of a can of coke).

I bought this to extract some water from my towel rail so I could add some inhibitor to my central heating system. Did the job perfectly and only took a couple of minutes.

MISSING PARTS , BROKE IN FIRST 5 MINUTES !!!!

After overfilling my car with oil, I needed to syphon some off. Although a slow process, this worked well and was a cheap alternative to taking the car into a garage. I am happy to recommend it.
