Wow this thing is powerful. I can stand in the back of my bathroom and hit the shower wall and ceiling if I try. I haven’t had to charge it yet but my husband and I have been using it 2/3 times a day each since I got it (about a week ago) and it’s still running strong without needing charging. It’s so small and convenient for travel. The pressure is obv very strong. It gets all the spot. My only thing is the tank is kinda small and if you wanna get really into all the nooks and crannies in your teeth you might have to refill the water once or twice but usually 2 is my go to. It folds into itself so nicely. This was a great price for a great flosser. Plus the color options are awesome.

I purchased this irrigator on July 30, 2024.. I have used it virtually every day and hitherto have found it to be a well-designed, effective and convenient tool. However, a couple of days ago it has been functioning rather oddly. The irrigator has, of its own accord, been starting to function without my even being in the room. I hear it go on by itself and it doesn’t really stop until I pick it up and manually switch it off again. Last night it went on, I switched it off and half an hour later it went on again and I had to switch it off again. I dismantled it (removed the reservoir from the device) but it still went on by itself and I had to go to switch it off again. Clearly something is wrong. Fortunately, I always leave the reservoir empty after use otherwise it would be spraying water all over the bathroom. I tried to contact the manufacturer through the Amazon form, but it does not allow enough space to write this message. I await the seller's response. Addendum: It has started again and neither of the buttons will switch it off. Addendum 2 : Thanks to Amazon, I was finally able to reach the supplier which promptly sent a replacement unit. The complaint has been resolved.

The water reservoir is small and needs constant refilling, which is a hassle during my oral care routine. **Value for Money:** This water pick is definitely not worth the money. Packable and very effective. I bought this for flossing when traveling, but it became my everyday water flosser. Easy to fill, easy to use, and easy to clean.

Really great for short time use. Powerful and easy to clean and carry on trips. And I love the storage/carrying case; it was super convenient. Variety of different changeable tips as well. Unfortunately, it stopped working and wouldn't even charge only after about 6 months of usage.

I was diagnosed recently w/periodontal disease and I wanted an electric flosser that did not have a ridiculous long cord. I saw this, read the reviews and bought 1. I just bought my 2nd one. I'll tell you why. This is small, convenient to take to the office, vacation, whatever. Doesn't take up much counter space, and works like a charm. Dental hygienist says she can already tell a difference. IT TAKES PRACTICE to use this. Like a week or two to really get it down. Don't give up b/c it's worth it. During practice period, I sprayed water all over the bathroom, shot myself in the eye w/it (looking at it, saying "is it working?" and lo and behold, it was) and choked myself a few times. STICK W/IT. Every time you use it, it gets easier until it's second nature. I just bought a 2nd one today that I'm going to keep at the office. That's how much I like it! ALSO - USE WARM WATER, NOT COLD. I love this flosser!

Lo use dos veces y es muy debil. La tercera vez que lo use ya no funciono y para hacer las cocas peores, los 30 dias para devolver ya habia pasado. No lo recomiendo. Es un pructo de pesima calidad y durabilidad.
