This is my 5th Chuwi product. Starting years ago with a 10" dual tablet, then 8 inch, then 10 inch Hi10X Pro for me. After wife's Samsung tablet battery gave out I purchased this one for her. Think I will give her my older one and keep this one. This has a larger battery. Very easy to set up. Just connect to current Android tablet and transfer. Good sound for a tablet. Excellent screen for viewing. Came with screen protector and silicone case. Quick delivery 48 hrs. Highly recommend Chuwi products. Most people don't know that Chuwi is a top seller in Europe.

I like the tablet. It's a good tablet. I had an issue with the tablet where it was in a boot loop but I've been contacting customer service. They've been working with me so I'm in the process of we returning it for repair.

I was surprised by it's speediness for such a value priced tablet. I use it every day, so yeah, I'd buy another one if I needed to. I mostly use it for games. It can run Vampire Survivors without glitching until the very end, when EVERYTHING is thrown at you. Exploding pixels everywhere. It can handle that craziness with the very rare and only slight stutter. Streams great. Completely satisfied.

I purchased my first Android tablet, the CHUWI Hi10 XPro, in January 2024. It has a large, bright screen; fast CPU; battery that lasts a long time; USB-C charging; and Android 13 OS. It's compatible with my favorite Android apps from the Google Play store, and it didn't come with bloatware apps. My main use is to watch a movie while running on the treadmill. A major concern is the false advertising about Widevine L1 certification. Netflix (under App Settings - Playback Specifications) reports it has Widevine L3, so the maximum playback is SD, which is pixelated. In the Chuwi support forum, others have asked about this issue, but Chuwi did not respond. There have never been any OTA (over the air updates). Chuwi won't upgrade the Android to a newer version, so it does not get new features from Android releases. Even worse, they don’t provide security updates: as of April 2025, the Android security update version was September 2023, so I am concerned about security. It was too easy to scratch the Chuwi’s tablet plastic screen, so now I have to live with the scratch. While it supports a SIM card for calls and mobile data, it has poor support for cellular bands used by US carriers. For example, the tablet lacks B12,B66, B71 used by T-Mobile USA. It does support a few required bands such as B2, so it should still work on T-Mobile but not optimally without the other bands. If I did it over again, I would consider the Samsung Tab A9+ 11", which sometimes has discounts that put it close to the same price range. My family has many Samsung products that work well. They get Android updates, the screen glass is strong, they stream Netflix at the maximum resolution, and I am not worried about security issues from running an old Android OS from a Chinese manufacturer.

Wow I never liked android tablets but this one is just super great. It has good weight to it and the quality is super amazing. For the price this unit is great. It saved us a lot of money going from iPad to these tables for engineers. Can’t beat the price and does the same exact thing.

DONT BUY... IT WONT LAST A YEAR. THE FIRST ONE I GOT WORKED WELL IN THE BEGINNING FOR AWHILE THEN IT WOULDN'T TURN ON AFTER GOING COMPLETELY DEAD EVEN AFTER I TRIED TO CHARGE IT. AFTER AWHILE IT WILL YOU WILL ALSO HAVE TROUBLE CHARGING IT. ITS LIKE I HAD TO BEND THE CHARGER SO IT CAN CHARGE. I THOUGHT THE CHARGER HAD A SHORTAGE SO I TRIED MULTIPLE CHARGES I HAD AND I ALSO PURCHASE A NEW ONE AND IT STILL WOULDN'T WORK. I PURCHASED ANOTHER ONE(SMH) AND THIS ONE DID THE SAME AFTER WHILE. I GOT IT MID 2025 AND I JUST STOP WORKING. I HAD THE SAME ISSUES AS THE OTHER ONE.

Muy buena marca, ya antes había comprado una de esta marca y me salió exelente, mi hija le descarga muchos juegos y no se traba ni nada, y como tiene la opción de insertar un chip esta muy completa, se tardó 1 semana en llegar y llegó en muy buenas condiciones

ACTUALIZACION: Despues de meses de tenerla arrumbada, me encontre en un foro una persona que le actualizo el firmware, y soluciono el problema, asi que busque el firmware estable para esta tablet, y no tengo mas que agradecer a la persona de soporte de Chuwi que me paso la vesion de mi tablet, quedo excelente, ni un solo reinicio en semananas, ya puedo usar la tablet y confiar en que no reiniciara, es muy rapida y funciona de maravilla. Espero poder regresar la tablet despues de un mes de uso, estaba muy emocionado ya que he tenido productos Chuwi y me han salido bien, pero esta tablet tiene problemas entre el sofware y el Hardware, la tablet viene con android 13 pero los reinicios son un fastidio, trate de darle oportunidad de solucionar el problema borrando varias veces la tablet en modo de fabrica, pero es inutil, aunque reinicies todo, cada que abro una aplicación como youtube o netfilix la aplicación se cierra y ya no es posible ejecutarla o incluso a veces se reinicia1,2,3.4 o 5 veces seguidas antes de entrar a la pantalla principal nuevamente. No puedes confiar en que la aplicación se quede estable o que al abrirla se cierre o se reinicie el equipó, este fin tratare de regresarla, y todo por tratar de aprovechar la oferta del descuento.

Es una de las tablets más eficaces que e visto y comprado vale la pena
