Was recommended this product by a naturopath for circulation problems, when my feet were icy cold. I can confirm that this product works, I only took one a day for a week and my feet were so hot I had to stop for a while and will take it every other day during the winter.

I bought these tablets a couple of weeks ago, I certainly haven't noticed any unpleasant effects from taking them, but I haven't noticed anything positive either, so I really cannot comment. The packaging makes them very economical to buy, so if you are looking for a pure and potent capsaicin supplement, I would recommend them, it's just very difficult to tell what they may be doing personally.

Firstly I received these very quickly and they came in two separate packets and through the letterbox. I started taking one before breakfast and one before dinner. As per the other reviews if you leave them sitting on your tongue they do get quite hot so be warned. Like most diet tablets they are not a miracle worker and you still need to diet. I haven't really had any weight loss but only been taking for just over a week, however they do help me go to the toilet after I've eaten so I guess that in itself is a bonus! For the price they are good value and very assistance with either weight loss or weight maintenance is welcomed. Will keep taking and see what happens.

The speed of delivery was good as was the packaging. i have been taking these consistantly, however i have noticed no fat burning or weight loss benefits. In the weeks since starting them i have no weight loss at all, but have experienced some servere stomach pains. For me they don't appear to work wouldn't recommend.

I bought these tablets along with Tumeric tablets to help relieve the discomfort of arthritis where I have lost the cartilage on the inner aspect of both knees. Very painful at times. The medical view is to take strong anti-inflammatory drugs which have unpleasant side effects soI looked for a different approach to work alongside exercises. Together with Glucosamine & Condroitin tablets,and Tumeric the Capsicum tablets being a natural anti-inflammatory agent has become part of my new 'natural' regime that has enabled me to stop taking harsh medications. I wondered how much of an effect they were having but soon realised when I didn't take them for a day. Taken three times a day with meals they are keeping me active without the need for nasty medications.

Bought these as I don't particularly like Spicy Food, had heard it can help speed up Metabolism. I have a Healthy Low fat Diet, but not noticed any benefit. It was worth a try for the Money spent.

Hi I've been taking Capsicum pepper for a few weeks in warm water and it has reduced my blood pressure significantly. However I found it very hot to swallow so I turned to Oxford vitality 2000 mg tablets which are Having the same effect on my blood pressure without the burning things station in the mouth. It has also helped with joint pain and my circulation and would highly recommend this product to anybody in the same position as myself

Da ich die Tabletten gegen meine Arthrose verwende,muss ich erst noch ein paar Tage testen. Aber ich habe jetzt schon das Gefühl,dass sie besser wirken als Kapseln,da die Konzentration vom Capsicum höher ist.

Fördert die Durchblutung und die Fettverbrennung. Nehme es zusammen mit anderen Nährungsergänzungsmitteln und es wirkt. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Gutes Produkt in dem leider Magnesiumstearat enthalten ist. Das steht auch unter Inhaltsstoffe, hätte ich lesen müssen aber ich habe es einfach nicht erwartet, daher für die Qualität ein Punktabzug
