Works incredibly well and is very comfortable in hand. Bought it for someone with arthritis and they said is was very comfortable to use and grip.

It measures your grip. I haven t yet been able to set it up to record individual progress.

Update Spring 2025: It quit turning on so I figured it needed a charge. It still won't turn on. Can't recommend anymore. I wanted to keep an eye on my hand strength due to carpal tunnel syndrome. My results basically match what I got at physical therapy but this device is much more comfortable to squeeze than the pro metal one. I am not using the memory functions because I couldn't easily figure it out. I just jot down my best numbers for each hand. I press the On button, wait several seconds for it to be ready, squeeze, and read the number. Been using it for a month, no issues.

I keep this in my car for the ride to work. It gives me something to do while sitting in traffic. Fun comparing grip strength with friends.

Works well but not sure about accuracy and a little confusing to use.

This is a great tool to have on hand if you're looking to increase your grip strength. I got this to measure measure and keep track of my progress in the weight room as I've gotten back into lifting after a hiatus. I think that this is a nice little tool to have around and seems accurate enough for home use to keep track of your grip strength progress!
