Walmart put the wrong transmission fluid in my vehicle and this product took it from slipping to working perfectly. I would give it 10 stars if they had 10 stars. I also read that it was approved by Ford.

I bought a used 1997 Ford Econoline E150 and the transmission had a shutter. I took it to my mechanic and had him do a complete transmission fluid flush, drain the pan, change the transmission filter. When he put the new transmission fluid in, I had him use one and a half bottles of lube guard as an additive to the new fluid. Since doing this, I have noticed a great improvement in transmission shifting and the shutter is gone.

I was excited to see this product, as Mercon V fluid from motorcraft is pretty expensive. I put this in a 94 Mazda B3000 with an A4LD transmission. First i changed the fluid by draining the pan 3 times (sort of a home flush). After adding some valvoline dex/merc, i didnt like the way it shiftd. Adding this did seem to make the shifts quicker with less lurching between 2nd and 3rd. The shifts seem firmer also. Quite a good product.
