Do you have to use an app to convert Spotify to an MP3 format to use?

You should be able to use right from the Spotify app. I’m not on Spotify so I’m not 100% sure but since it connects via Bluetooth, anything I bring up on my phone, plays on the earphones. Sorry I don’t have a more specific answer.

You can then manage the file via the H2O Audio App. You can load from any Bluetooth source device, (Phone, Watch, iPad, Tablet or Computer).
