They are a suitable alternative to smothering myself in sunscreen every day, plus they double as decent sock liners to help with ankle hot spots. They provide moderate but not perfect protection against the sun, you will still want to limit your exposure. I was worried they might insulate my arms and cause me to sweat or overheat, but no, they are extremely breathable and comfortable even in ~95F heat and direct sunlight. CONS: - They tend to creep down on my arms over time and they need periodic readjustment. - The white will dull a bit over time and they may shrink a bit in the wash, so shop accordingly.

I had been putting off buying sun sleeves for golf because I thought they would be hot. Needed something however because was going through gallons of sunscreen and arms were still getting sun damage. Decided to try these since the price was good. I am now a convert! These are great. They fit perfect and stay in place. Not hot at all and in fact provide nice cooling when there is a little breeze. My arms are actually cooler when I am wearing these than when the sun is baking my bare arms. Awesome product that I will highly recommend to all my golf friends.

Solid covers, so much more comfortable than those sleeves with elastic bands which just cut off circulation in my arm and always left marks. Wearing the white in the summer feels great, and wearing the black on cooler days helps avoid the sun. Now my arm that hangs out the door while I drive won't be a completely different shade than my entire body. The sleeves so slide down a little bit with movement but I can deal with that compared to the alternative.

Comfortable to wear all day. Definitely stays in place. Sun protection is a must that is why I bought these. Versatility is good because you can use them for either arm. Cooling, not really. They are good sweat wipes too if that makes sense. The reason I deducted two stars is because they get all shriveled up and beat up after wash and they snag easy if you will so maybe quality is not the best.

I love these! They keep my arms from baking in the sun. Easy to put on, and they hold well. They slide/roll a tiny bit, but not anything bothersome. I have small arms!

It came as described, amazing if it’s windy. It’s a nice fit on my arm even though I’m a teenager. Its quality is nice and comfortable. I bought it for volleyball but it’s a bit thin but it still works. Good for sports.
