How do I take advantage of the one year manufacturers warranty. The speeds don't seem to work and they never have

We bought two of these and we noticed that the speed setting or the top button needs to be pressed a lot of times to vary the speed. It seems like there's at least like 30 different micro speeds. Not really noticeable unless you click at least 10+ times, then we noticed a difference. Hopefully that's the same for you. Good luck
