Definitely not TEAL. It is light blue. Edit: I rated this product 3 stars after receiving it and noticing the color was not as expected, not teal as shown on amazon, but a true light blue. The light blue is a lovely color but simply not as advertised or expected. I gave average ratings because I hadn’t actually assembled it and was not able to judge quality or value and felt a middle of the road rating was the fairest route to take on those categories while posting about the color discrepancy. BUT I AM BACK TO ADJUST MY FEEDBACK ... FIVE STARS !! The company replaced the tent with a color of my choice and got it to me in the blink of an eye. I was absolutely flabbergasted at how fast it arrived. Assembly was SO easy. It literally pops open, like its name. I love all the possible venting options (doors & windows) because it does retain warmth, as advertised. I agree it was bigger than I anticipated but I also welcome that, allows for more friends, activities inside, less claustrophobic. Made very well. I appreciate the zippers that hold the poles in place, a thoughtful detail. Annnnnd ... my daughter wept tears of joy when she walked into her room and found it all set up!! A winner gift and an amazing tent!! (My son is so jealous and put it on his Christmas list straight away.)

Quality fabric and construction - clever design and EZ to set up. I'm a 4'10" senior lady and setup by myself. Pops open but depending on size ordered, it can be a bit awkward unless you give yourself enough working space. Getting your mattress inside, I suggest enlisting a pair of helping hands. It's NOT claustrophobic or hot and stuffy. It's spacious and airy with a lot of headroom. The head and foot large half circle mesh screens really let air flow. A few suggestions for next design version: * a couple inside pockets to hold book, pad, pen, etc. * a few extra inside loops to hold small book reading lite. * Removable fun appliques to personalize and decorate, like initials, numbers, flowers, dog, cats, etc.

Bought this for my 7 year old grandson for Christmas. He LOVES it. Tells me every time I see him what a great gift from Nana and Papa. It is made very well. Very sturdy and according to his dad, easy to assemble and attach to the full size bed. Would recommend as a great gift for kids and grandkids......it's a wonderful tent. The royal blue is such a great color.

I chose this tent bed because it seemed best quality in bed tents. It was easy to set up. It seems really well made though I would be careful with children as they can play rough. Now it does not completely block out light but is most certainly very helpful if like me you work overnight and need that extra darkness. Keep in mind that with all flaps down there will be a noticeable restriction of air flow. I keep the small window flaps down (not zippered) to keep out the light. If left open you would of course get more air flow and they also have a screen in addition to the flap. I leave the large side flap partially unzipped on one side to allow airflow and down but completely unzipped on the side I get in and out of bed. Caution should be used if you intend to completely zip it. You should know where the zippers are to access in emergency or keep this partially unzipped do you will know for sure where the opening is. I stress again use caution with kids as well as yourself. I do feel overall this is a safe product. As for design there are two support poles at top that you insert into a thin sleeve during assembly. The center of the roof sags a bit and I wish they used one more of these poles at center of the roof. But this really is a very nice product and well made. Even though fabric of roof sags a bit at center it is very sturdy and you will not have to worry about this collapsing on you. A little expensive, but Im sure a lot went into designing this fine product. I recommend. Oh one more thing about design that could be improved: there are small straps that can be used to hold the large flaps open and the snap in INSANLY strong. It was so hard to reopen them one closed and I feared I would damage the fabric—not that the product is flimsy, the saps are just too strong! I recommend the change them to Velcro. I will be sewing on extensions so that I will just tie the flaps up rather than use the snaps. It was quite annoying to undo them and I felt I risked damaging this not inexpensive product. Meanwhile when I want it open I just flip the flap up over the roof.
