CKeep 4 Rolls Kinesiology Tape, Original Cotton Elastic Athletic Tape, 20 Precut 10" Strips Each, Beige, Ideal for Muscle Support & Injury Prevention

this is the second 4 roll box of KT type tape I have purchased on Amazon and I am thoroughly satisfied. the last box, i bought from a different seller/brand. The quality is effective for its intended application. I just tried it today and i found it easy to apply, even on slightly oily skin from skin lotion I applied earlier and it sticks well from end to end. it is lightweight though effective and using some online videos of how to apply it for my injury, I found almost immediate relief from pain. The color is nice and neutral, the strips are perfect size for long strips or cutting in half for smaller strips. I found it not too difficult to remove later in the day. It also held up through 20 min of a hot jacuzzie and shower, without any peeling.

Hypoallergenic? Not so much foe me, but in all other respects this is fabulous tape. I love the pre-measured and pre-cut sections. Just peel off a section, remove the backing, and press it on. Super adhesive, and yet infinitely flexible. Almost becomes another layer to your skin. How it provides so much support when it's so flexible I'm not sure, but it does. Two thumbs up.

I’ve been really impressed with this Ckeep kinesiology tape! It’s strong, flexible, and sticks well without irritating my skin. I use it both for its intended purpose—to support muscles and joints—and also in a creative way: to gently lift and smooth my face at night. It holds well but still removes easily without leaving residue, which makes it perfect for sensitive skin. I love that it’s breathable and stays comfortable even overnight. It’s rare to find a product that’s both durable and gentle, and this one really delivers! Definitely a great buy for athletes, active people, or anyone looking for a little extra support (or an unconventional beauty trick!).

Tape is good anf adheres where you want it to. But after a long day of use, it can leave an adhesive residue on your skin that can be hard to remove. Overall, tape does the job!

I bought these CKeep 4 Rolls of Kinesiology Tape to support my ankles and feet. I have collapsing ankles and often get foot pain, but this tape has been a game-changer. I wrap it from the top of my foot around the outside, under my arch, and up to my inner ankle, and it provides excellent support. Since using it, my pain has dramatically decreased. I haven’t had any issues in the last 5 months, whereas I used to have monthly pain. One time my ankle got tender, and after applying the tape, the support prevented it from getting worse, and I felt much better within 24 hours. I’ve bought this tape multiple times and will continue to do so. Great value for the money. Note: The tape can leave some residue, but the stickiness works well. I’ve left it on for 4–5 days at a time, and it held up strong. I have been using Kinesiology tape for some time now. I have never purchased the brand name, only off brands. The ones I have purchased before have never had very good adhesion & that is the reason I purchased this brand. I like the nude color so it’s not obvious that I am wearing it. It is easy to put on & I like that the package included instructions for different parts of the body & how to place it. It is comfortable as I don’t even notice I have it on. It’s not thick & I don’t want a thick tape on. I just put this on so I cannot speak to longevity yet but I think it’s a good quality tape. Update: This tape works WONDERFULLY! It has super adhesion so do not put it in places where you have sensitive or thin skin! I use it a lot on my knees & it stays on a lot better than generic brands I have used before & it really helps! I have not had an issue with any residue left on my skin & I have left it on for over a week at a time! This is a must purchase if you are looking for Kinesiology Tape!

I used this tape in place of a strapless bra, as a person with a bigger bust. I have known issues to some adhesives, but I did an overnight patch test with this before my event, and had no reaction! I was able to use this tape against the sensitive skin of my chest and wear it for about 8 hours. I do recommend using some kind of body oil or coconut oil to remove the tape; with the oil, I was able to take all the tape off with very minimal discomfort. The two rolls provide a LOT of tape, with the strips being a good size to maneuver how you need them without need to cut extra pieces. I am a very pale person, so the nude color was MUCH darker than I am, but I didn't have any problem with that. All in all, I found this to be great quality tape, and it functioned well for my needs!

I have to use KT tape to run due to the arthritis in my knees and ankles. Normally I go to a physical store to buy this, as I worry about quality and not being able to take it back if quality is poor. I wear KT tape 5-6 times a week. Due to having sensitive skin I can’t leave the tape on for longer than 12 hours. So I needed to look for a good tape that won’t take me to the poor house! (As my old tape was doing) that’s what brought me to buying these - or trying them, 2 boxes to make sure I am fair. Likes: 1) the tape is easy to apply 2) strips are thin, so breathable - or would be (keep reading) 3) the tape does what it is suppose to - lends support to muscles, tendons, and joints 4) tape stretches easily and retains its elasticity well making movement even on 80% stretch fluent 5) price is really good! Strong dislikes: 1) the tape is too sticky, meaning even after using the recommended baby oil on the tape to remove to help with adhesive it STILL remained on my skin, though the baby oil helps the tape not remove my skin! 2) if you don’t use the baby oil or something(!) you risk taking your skin off with the tape strips. 3) if you have sensitive skin - though like me don’t believe in wasting products once purchasing if you cannot return for money back - the adhesive may irritate your skin and make it itch. I recommend lots of natural lotion after removal to help skin bounce back. 4) tape does not stick to itself well! When overlapping the tape tends to roll up. It will stick stick to your skin, though has problems sticking to other pieces of tape. 5) adhesive is HARD to remove from skin, and will more than likely require you to scrub off 6) tape easily frays To recap - DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN THAT YOU DONT WANT TORN FROM YOUR BODY! Also, be smart try baby oil to get it off and then scrub the rest off with good soap!
