Good value
Having checked against many of the big names, there is little difference in which vitamins are in the tablet. No real taste to it, torpedo shape, quite big but my husband tells me they are easy enough to swallow. Much better value than the “big names” yet he feels they do a good job.

Good balance of vitamins and minerals at RDA; unpleasant smell
I like the range of vitamins and minerals included and that the majority of them are formulated at 100% RDA (as I am concerned about safety of taking some other supplements, which contain many times the RDA, long term). A bit unpleasant to take as they smell of rotten eggs. Not too strongly though. I assumed they were a daily dose of 1 capsule like every other multivitamin I've tried, but you need to take 2, so not quite as good value as I'd assumed when purchasing. But still decent value at £8.99 for 3 month supply.

Misleading
Amazon advertises this as Men 50+, decidedly miss leading. This is not for ‘men 50+’, instead being for men and they contain 50 vits and minerals (in fact the + is entirely missing from the actual packet!)
