Can these jars go in an autoclave at 121 degrees celcius? What are the highest and lowest temperatures the material can withstand?

I boiled mine for 20 minutes. I do not know about an autoclave.

No, but I’ve only had the jars since Christmas and have only stored dry ingredients, so not sure longer term.

Are the jars as well as lids safe for microwave use?

You cannot put any metal in a microwave that obviously includes the metal lids but you can put the jars in.
