Favorite supplement ever.

I think that this formulation is somewhat effective for bolstering mood, energy, and diminishing "brain fog." It sells for much less than other, big-name brands contending to do the same. There's no bad taste or after-taste. I've had no weird side effects, or interactions with medications that I take; no gastric upsets, diarrhea, or anything like that. Don't expect any dramatic miracles, but you may have some improvement in your functioning from this product. Your experience, of course, may vary...

Cheap Oxide forms of Zinc and Magnesium
Forms : Zinc Oxide and Magnesium Oxide are useless, cheap. No to "Oxide" forms.
