Perfect for Pet Watching When Traveling
I bought this for when I went on vacation last year. I was worried about my pups and them having to be left alone while the sitter was at work. This was a great way to check in on them and make sure they weren't getting into anything while the sitter was at work. The clarity was perfect and I never had issues with connection. Motion detection worked great too so we knew exactly when the dogs were going upstairs or downstairs. Great value for the money.

Nice field of view.
I like this camera’s field of view in all directions left, right, up and down.

So far so good... UPDATE
Bought on Saturday with free shipping and its here already! Set-up took less than 10 minutes total, including signing up for an account on the app and fiddling with the settings in it. No problem connecting to my wifi, no problems with image quality yet but I’ll check it again tonight to see if that changes. There’s about a 1-2 second delay on the live feed but for under $60 there’s no way I’m complaining. FOV seems good, and depth of view is good too. Will have to try going somewhere in the city and checking the camera later this week to see if it holds up as a security camera like I intend it to be. UPDATE- Night mode is amazing and I figured out how to access the full camera view plus options so I tried out the sound and wow... it picks up everything in the living room and kitchen (including my “quiet” aquarium filter lol). I’m still not sure how to turn motion capture alerts on, or if I’m even going to given that my cat wanders around while I’m gone, but this is 100% worth your money if you’re looking for a cheap yet reliable security camera.

Can't set its IP address - doesn't work with DLink DNR
I bought this camera to replace an older DCS933L camera. I have several Dlink cameras and the DLink DNR-312L (Network Video Recorder). This camera has a nice wide-angle picture, but it doesn't work with the DNR-312L because you can't set its IP address. You need to tell the DNR-312L the IP address of all the cameras that you want to store video of. The older DlInk cameras that I have (DCS933s) let you login to a web interface and set their IP address along with a lot of other settings. This camera can only be accessed through the DLInk App to configure its settings and video can only be stored on the DLink cloud. Because of this I only get one day of storage on the DLink cloud (because I don't want to pay for cloud storage since I already have my own video storage). So, it you are ok with only storing video on the DLink cloud (which you have to pay for if more than one day), then this camera might be good for you. The App does have a nice interface for viewing the camera remotely.

Dlink together with phone app - best solution
This is a better quality camera in the DLink line-up. I was considering another model, but after using this camera I would not even think of any other product that include any competitor cameras. Setting this camera with the DLink app takes only a few minutes. The picture you see on your phone is very clear with any lighting conditions. I installed the camera on the wall about 7 1/2 ft above the floor. The camera lens covers the whole room and the hallway up to the front door, within few feet from the camera and the image is clear and sharp from the closest to furthest objects, that is between 3 ft and 24 ft for my installation. The camera has been reporting on any person entering the house but since I do not have recording it is usually too late to see who that was. By the time stamp I know it was my son who came and left. I will be setting up the camera with the chip to have the local recording and will report back on how it worked. Optionally you can subscribe to the DLink cloud recording but, I think, chip recording should be sufficient for me.

Does not continuously record. Does not detect motion.
I have used D-Link cameras for years, with great success. But this camera was a severe disappointment. First, the advertisements claim that it can continuously record to a SD card. It can not. It can only respond to motion events. To make matters worse, this camera does not recognize motion events properly. If a cloud blocks the sun changing overall light levels, that will trigger an event. But if a person walks right in front of the camera, that does NOT trigger motion. Tried all motion sensitivity settings, but to no avail. D-Link technical support was no help. There is no direct web interface to this camera where an experienced user can setup useful options. There is just a lame, confusing phone app to control it. On the plus side, the real time viewing works good with good image quality. But the recording features are unusable.

Dlink make great cameras.
Been using Dlink cameras for 6 yrs. We were having trouble with electricity cutting out and Internet disruption in our area. The old cameras didn’t come back up, even with battery back up. These new cameras never fail and the app is very easy to use.

Great picture quality
I already own a few D-Link cameras and always come back for more. They are so easy to install and configure. This camera has a great picture quality and a 120-degree wide angle lens perfect for easily monitoring and entire room. Integrates easily with the Mydlink App. Haven't tried yet with Google Assitant, but as soon as I do I'll add it to my review.

They are good cameras!
I have 3 of these at home and they were easy to install. I check the feeds from my iPhone when away and I've encountered no issues with them. I'm not sure why a lot of people here are complaining. For the price, I think they are excellent. I also store the recorded videos when movement was detected (pets) on an SD card which you can download on your phone at any time. The motion detection is super easy to tweak with a grid by unselecting sections. Seriously, don't hesitate to give them a try!

Buen producto.

Disappointed.
Mediocre video quality. Frequent software crashes. Zero support. Often needs to be reset (unplugged and plugged back in). No value-for-money with the (required) paid subscription.
