Very easy to assemble, all the tools/screw came in a bag and was easy to define, which was super nice. it is very solid and i don't feel any danger while working it. the most amazing part of it, in my opinion, is that i could remove a few plug in lock screws and be able to fold it all up to flat bench to save space. it is material used where we lay on is quite soft but could get sticky. multiple incline options to work out different part of your body. Overall, a great solid bench that you can fold up to save space when needed.

Very nice bench. This went together very easily by myself. Not many parts to put it together as it’s mostly connected when it is delivered. It feels solid and is still a very manageable weight to move around for storage or different placement by just about anyone. The bench raises and lowers extremely easy to multiple levels. It should be good for all of the exercises that it shows listed. I will update after I have used this product for a while. One thing I will mention is that for a sit up bench, I would not recommend it for anyone taller than myself and I am 5‘9“. When you sit back with your legs in the sit up position, my butt sits directly over the crack between the upper and lowerseat cushions. Very uncomfortable. I think a pool noodle or something similar might solve the problem, but if that is the only issue after I have used this successfully for a while, then I won’t be too disappointed. One other note regarding assembly: when you look at the diagram for the bolts, do not panic when you look at what was included. It does not show the correct number on the diagram for what you actually need to put this together. I almost didn’t assemble it because of that but I wanted to see where the parts were missing and there were none missing.

Received this weight bench yesterday and immediately assembled it. It mostly comes pre-assembled with just a few pieces that have to be attached. Assembly is simple and instructions are included. I would have given this product a five-star review except for one problem. With the photographs of this product and the video, it shows a person using and exercising with this bench and it shows how easily it can fold up for easy storage. That was one of the reasons that I bought it. Unfortunately the pin that goes in the middle of this unit that makes the entire assembly pivot and fold in half did not fit well as the holes do not line up quite right. I had to use a hammer to make the pin fit and after doing so the bench is solid and performs as it should. The problem is that the pin is so tight that removing it will take a huge effort and I will again need a hammer to try to put it back into place becau the hole will not quite line up perfectly no matter what I do. Therefore, holding it and storing it against the wall or under a bed won't be an option for me and that is disappointing. Perhaps I can find sone sort size device to use as a lineup tool and try to force the holes to line up better but I don't think I should be needing to have to do that, it should have been built properly. Interestingly in the demonstration video, it shows the individual working out on that bench and you can see the pin installed as he is using it. However when he prepares to fold it and store it, it doesn't show him removing that pin as necessary, the pin is actually already out. In conclusion this is a nice weight bench and as long as you don't intend to fold it for easy storage and you have the space, it is very solid and at the price it would have earned five-stars if not for this one issue.

El material parece resistente, veremos con el tiempo como se va adaptando pero por el momento funciona muy bien, los materiales del forro del respaldo y la silla se ven buenos, todo llego en buenas condiciones, el banco es muy estable y no se mueve cuando estas haciendo ejercicio, después de un tiempo y con el usó actualizaré mi opinión pero por el momento es muy útil y funcionable el banco para pesas, recomendado!!! Yo peso aproximadamente 80 kg y cargo unos 30 kg y resiste bien el banco, no he notado que se mueva o tambalee al momento del trabajo

Es de muy buen material se almaneca fácil y rápido, tiene varios niveles excelente compra!
